If you’re looking for peace and serene, choose no others. If you’re looking for a place to sleep only, please choose others. Roland’s place is meant to be appreciated, lived and be present. Roland’s place is an absolute gem. Just like you see in the photos! Everything is well prepared for you. Roland? Amazing host! Hospitality at its finest! Such a gentlemen. No wonder he had the gold keychain for 20 x superhost. He will go out of his way to ensure you have a good experience from checking in till checking out.

Roland's accommodation is absolutely lovely. We arrived late due to being delayed but he kept in touch for the entire journey to him, providing tips on the best routes. He was waiting for us at the property and gave a detailed but succinct welcome so that we could unwind and relax by ourselves. The view of the mountains from the villa is spectacular and the only downside to our visit is that we didn't stay longer! Roland and his wife have gone to great lengths to ensure that the quality of the finish to the property and the additional elements are the very best quality; we particularly liked his attitude to excellence in providing a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely use the property again and recommend to our friends. Excellent.

This villa is one of our family's 15-day stays in Switzerland and France. It is a villa which is very beautiful and clean. It is located on the lake in Sarnen, between Lucerne and Interlaken. Both the external environment and the interior decoration are impeccable! The landlord is very warm and friendly. The landlord happens to travel in Africa and entrusts the butler with attentive and meticulous service. First-line lake view villas, kitchenware, tableware, seasonings, dishwashers and all in one. We spent two short and unforgettable nights here. The best choice for self-driving tour, highly recommended!

Super nice lake-view room, all the facilities in the room are very new, the room has a Chinese retro atmosphere and a sense of technology. Almost all the hallways have huge floor-to-ceiling windows. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the magnificent snow-capped mountains and the blue lake. There is also a meadow in front of the house, just like living in a fairyland. There is a terrace in the bedroom on the second floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows on all sides. You can see the lake and the snow-capped mountains across the lake without a dead corner. The owner also has two very cute cats. When the weather is fine, you can go to the table by the lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery. There is also a sauna room in the house, and tired of steaming a sauna can relieve the fatigue of the day. The kitchen has all the facilities, and they are all very new. They are neatly arranged and make people feel comfortable. The host also gave us a box of pasta. The most important thing is that the host is very enthusiastic and friendly. Although the host was traveling to Africa when we checked in, his friend welcomed us, but he kept asking us about the situation online, and the news was very timely, really Very caring.

Very beautiful house, four of us, rented a car in the past, two floors, that is, the room on one floor is smaller than the upper floor, the rooms on the top floor are great! I cooked two dinners in the house and it was very satisfying. The landlord went on a tour. Unfortunately, he couldn't come across and asked his friend to send us a bottle of champagne, very nice.

Taking a step away from a whirlwind trip to breath in heaven, in the Beehouse which is so gorgeous that honestly it is hard to want to leave. There is so much to take in and explore in a surrounds where every car driving past will wave and every person will smile with a quick ‘Grüezi’ but it is also so easy to loose track of hours with a good book some cheese and wine by a fire staring into the mountains across a endless lake from such a perfect cottage! Silvia has set out everything seamlessly and made my stay stress free. I know I didn’t not want to say goodbye.

Sensational! I can't describe it any other way. The house is perfect for a couple in love. Despite the tiny house dimensions, it looks larger and more comfortable than you think due to your enormous ceiling height. Even the sleeping area under the roof is super comfortable. Silvia is totally nice and the farm dog Limo a kiss ball :) The view of the mountains and the lake is spectacular. When walking with the dogs, we only met totally nice people. The 4 sheep opposite are absolutely worth seeing .. So cute, so funny to look at :) I would book the apiary again at any time.

We spent an excellent weekend, the chalet is simply fantastic! Everything well prepared for us.. Thomas is the coolest host I have ever met, it was always ready to help.. The top is his famous home made beer, really delicious.. must try!

We were a group of 14 adults and spent a long weekend in the 300 year old farmhouse. Thanks to the great hospitality and Thomas' warm, sympathetic nature as well as the detailed and rustic furnishings in the house, we felt immediately at home. Great villa! Especially the view is amazing ! Let's be impressed! The location is also very good. On a hill by the lake, you can walk to the center of the city for about 15 minutes. And Marlen is very nice. I hope to stay here again next time.

We have done in this villa our team workshop. For this we have taken the necessary material itself and were allowed to move in consultation with Marlen the house a little earlier, which was great. The house is very nice and quiet with an incredible view over Lucerne and the mountains. Total would have gem. Specify 12 people, but the decor is not quite for this number of people made (sofa rather small, seats (chairs) a bit). But we got along very well and I would recommend this house in any case.

The location of the house is terrific. A short walk, 20 minutes into town and the views are spectacular. Adjacent to a park, we could have enjoyed the house for many more days but we’re on to a hike. Easily slept 5 couples and there were 2 additional unused single bedrooms. Our host was quick to respond and even dropped off a load of firewood for us. The Nespresso pods were a welcome touch. All in all, I’d highly recommend the house.

This is the best villa I had been. Excellent house with luxury park and good prepared kitchen for family cooking. Location is best for city and lake view. 5 minutes driving for shopping and downtown sightseeing. Kids had a birthday party and all we enjoy times in Lucern.

A unique gem in a quiet location and yet you only have a 10-minute walk to the Kappelbrücke. Small but nice and ideal for two. We were warmly welcomed by Karin and look forward to another time in Lucerne.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Karins place for two nights. We couldn’t have asked for a better place in Lucerne! We had a car so it was perfect to get in and out of the city to visit nearby sights. It’s also very close to the center for restaurants and other city attractions. It’s small but a really well designed space and a fire pit outside!

I would definitely book it again. Karin and her husband are so nice. The house has a great location as you can easily walk to town. The space is amazingly designed and so cozy. It's small, but we're from NY and it didn't mind us at all. It's a steep hill up there, so pack light or be prepared to haul your bag up.

For anyone staying in Lucerne this is the perfect place to pick. It is only a short walk down the hill to the town centre, whilst being in a quiet location that feels out of the city. Karin and Martin were lovely hosts, very welcoming and attentive, and also very interesting to talk to. The little cottage is very cosy, and very well designed with everything required for a comfortable holiday. We both had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone coming to Lucerne.

This is an amazing place. The location could not have been better and the host is truly amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. Luzern is an amazing city with so much to do. We visited in the winter but the spring and summer there should be the best time to visit. Could not have asked for a better place. 10/10 would stay again

It was so cute and roomy! If you have a Swiss Pass, it's easy to move around. And it's so clean! I like to eat cereal for breakfast. It's a pretty hotel with a promenade in front of the house.

This residence is next to the railway. Sleep windows should be closed at night, otherwise the train will be noisy. There are a lot of rooms, comfortable living, and easy access to Lucerne train station.

It was very special experience with Giuseppe's house. We all feel very happy during our stay. Appliances like dish washer and washing machine was perfectly equipped and amenities were perfect too. Location-wise also perfect like 10min is enough to reach Lucern lake by walking. Giuseppe was very supportive and helpful in very kind manner. I will definitely stay again here if I have plan to visit Lucern. Really good hostel. The whole family was happy with the wonderful design and well-kept house. The three families were large enough to accommodate and the amenities were excellent. If you are planning to visit Lucerne, we will stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect location! Right in the centre of town, about a 10 minute walk to the train station. Walk to the end of the road and you're at the stunning lake with a mountain view. As you can see in pictures the apartment is fairly small, roughly the same size as an average hotel room, with a bathroom and small kitchen, but great for a couple and has everything you need. Josh was extremely helpful with lots of tips on the area and also allowed us to have a late checkout. Would definitely recommend and book again!!

Beautiful apartment, the tub is perfect to relax after a long day, the bed is super comfortable and you have everything you need to eat right there without spending so much. The apartment is modern, clean and beautiful. The location is very nice too, with its proximity to train station and famous places like Chapel Bridge. We experienced Fasnacht 2020 as well :) It was an enjoyable stay in Lucerne.

The apartment is very clean and tidy with all the things you need. It is close to the station with 7 to 10 minutes walk. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby which is very convenient. You can store your luggage after check out too. Overall, this apartment is really worth the price!

Patrik's place was AMAZING in many ways. It was close to everything in Lucern. We walked everywhere to enjoy the beautiful city. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable for my family. We had a baby with us and the lift (elevator) was a great feature we really needed. The apartment has a nice kitchen and a great bathroom - both very modern. The room is spacious and has a sofa that turns into a bed for extra sleeping area. The area was quiet and safe. There are many great restaurants in the area within 5 - 10 minutes walking. The old town of Lucern is just about 15 minutes at a "tourist" pace. For breakfast, Partik left discount coupons for us to eat at the caffee located below the apartment and the place has the BEST eggs and hashbrowns!! It is definitely a must go! I would recommend Patrik's place 100%!

Originally we're worried that the location is 10 minutes walk from the main train station, later we found out that it's right in the area where all the activities and shops you wish to visit. The room is clean and with a small but adequate kitchen, we made a light cooking with all the tools we need! Strongly recommend!

This is the first time I have scored such a high score because this apartment is indeed very cost-effective. It is a few minutes away from the train station, very clean and artistic, and has complete facilities.

We didn’t stay in this exact apartment as the key wasn’t in the lock box but the host quickly made another property available and moved us with no problem to a bigger and better apartment. Definitely worth staying with patrik, not parking on the street is not possible you need to pay at the parking station.

Nice and decent living place for short/medium stays, with a convenient position and a good helping and available team. We have had a breakfast discount in the nearby nice coffee shop.

One of the best place to stay when visit to lucern..

Approximately 8 minutes by bus from the station. We sent the guest card to the mobile and used the bus for free before check-in. We were greeted in front of the house at check-in time, the house descends into the ring but it is located on a sloping place, so the terrace side is beautiful. It seems to be a little wet in summer It wasn't particularly pretty, but I was generally satisfied

Erich's place was ideal for us. A lovely short walk into the centre of Luzern ( about 40Mins), close to the Rotsee if you are a rower. The kitchen area was ideal for making breakfast or dinner, but you might share with another Airbnb guest, but we never even saw the other guests.

The best place to stay in Europe was clean and warm. It was the first time in a real hostel and comfortable to take off shoes.

It was clean and the bus stop was right in front of you so it was convenient! I think it's going to be hard for people with heavy luggage to go up high. Only the rooms are separate and the kitchen and bathroom are common spaces! Still the kitchen utensils are very well equipped and clean and convenient!

It was so sad that I stayed for one day If I can go again next year, I want to stay again. Hope the baby and cats meet again!

The location is great and the hostel is clean. The room was 3rd floor, so it was a little difficult to move the luggage, but the accommodation was great. And when you go to the hostel, the information that your host tells you is accurate!

We had an excellent time, fantastic hosts. The location is excellent, right in the old part of town near the water front and close to trains/boats. We got great local tips. The hosts were very thoughtful, even gave us additional toys for our young children the day after we checked in. Highly recommend.

What a place! Fantastic location walking distance to everything in the old town of Lucerne. It is a bright and spacious, modern apartment, extremely comfortable for 4 adults. Great shower and comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Jana and Omer were fantastic hosts, with welcoming information, hospitality and extra thoughtful touches to make our NYE in Lucerne one to remember! We would love to return here and highly recommend them to any traveller!

This Air BnB was very near perfect! The location is excellent - a few minute's walk to the lake and shopping areas. It is also a very short walk to the train station and grocery stores. The apartment itself was new, very clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The shower had hot water and good water pressure. The kitchen area had a LOT of supplies - which is not always the case with Air BnBs. The host provided accurate & easy instructions for check-in. The apartment has some natural light and generally the building was quiet. My only criticisms of the space itself are: 1) the door locks from the inside with a key. It would be helpful if this was explained on the instruction sheet placed on the door for safety and security reasons. If you are not aware of this then you are leaving yourself exposed to someone entering the apartment. 2) the cleaning fee is very high. I understand that cleaning costs money, but 70% of one night's stay for a cleaning fee is too much - especially when the guest is requested to clean the dishes. Just my personal opinion! Overall, this is a great space and I would highly recommend it!

Two blocks from the grocery store and a few lights from the bus station we found this place very easy to get into and very clean. Also appreciated the tips provided once we booked and recommendations for what to do where to eat and shop near apartment. The table for six was a nice bonus so we could all eat or play play cards together.

Daniel was very accommodating and got us a toddler play yard for our baby. He and Josh also responded quickly to our many questions. They also helped us get a Citi Card. Highly recommend!!

Nice place

After beautiful and comfortable beds, the location is perfect and the communication is fast and efficient.

If you’re staying in Lucerne don’t even bother checking out any other Airbnb’s! We traveled across Switzerland for over a week and Patriks place was by far the nicest place we stayed at during the whole time. It’s in close proximity to the train station and everything else in Lucerne as well.

Great loft accommodation and the organization went like clockwork. The location also fits and the old town can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. We found the neighborhood to be quiet, and yet there are various shops. The breakfast in the Café Gugelhupf around the corner was very nice - highly recommended. We can only recommend the accommodation and would love to come back.

We had a nice stay in this appartement , it was really big and clean , the only inconvenience was that there was not curtains ! It's really near the train station and we could easily communicate with Patrik and the others.

Good location, 5-10 minutes walk from the train station, very close to the attractions, the apartment is located on the 1st floor (with large luggage you can take the 1st floor elevator and carry half the luggage), quiet at night, there is a 20% discount coupon for a cafe on the edge (The breakfast at their house tastes very good and you need to make an appointment in advance). The only small problem is that if someone walks upstairs, you can hear the sound, but the overall impact is very limited.

The place is as advertised. Spacious, clean, well stocked, and with an amazing view of the city. It’s super close to a bus stop that takes you to the city center in a few minutes, but you can walk there too, including the train station, from which you can reach pretty much any destination in the country. Adnan was there to receive us and he quickly responded to our questions and requests. Super happy with this stay.

Location is very close to Lucern Central Station, only 3 stops By Bus which is just in front of the Central Station. Communication is easy by WA .....it’s cost beneficial place to stay...

My partner and I stayed at Pete’s place while visiting Lucerne. It’s easy to access and near to Gare de Lucerne. We love the amenities, the hot bath tub, and the view from the living room. This flat is very comfortable. It is near to the city center, shopping areas, and supermarket.

Cute little apartment in Lucerne. It is very spacious and comfy. Everything is a quick bus ride away and about 10 - 15 minute walk away from the train station and main area.

Good location, close to Lucerne station Close, close Coop or Migros close early So I mainly went to Coop at Lucerne station until 10:00. The heating is good and the water is hot

Daniel is perfect host. and His apartment so comfortable and cozy. Station is so closer, so it's so cool when I have to run to get in train. it makes 2 minutes. Room is more big than I think. clean and useful place. Daniel always quickly and kindly answer to me. I recommend.

Great Location, nice and clean

You can't beat the location of this place, just a few blocks from the train station in the heart of the city. The space is clean and efficient, with bus service close by. We enjoyed so much about this trip, and Daniel's place made it easy.

We had a lovely stay at Daniels place. The place had everything we needed except maybe air conditioning, I think we came at an unusually warm time though. It is about a 15 minute walk to chapel bridge. There was some construction happening on the street which woke us up in the morning as it was hot and we had to keep the window open. That can’t be helped though. Daniel was very easy to communicate with and the check in process was very easy. He left the key for us and gave instructions on how to retrieve it from his mailbox. This was very handy as we didn’t have to try to meet him at a certain time, just got in when we did and got the key. Overall in a nice place to stay, would recommend!

Daniel's place was very nice and the bed was very comfortable!! His recommendations around the city were so helpful and made all the difference in our stay. We would definitely return!

Our family had an excellent stay at Jana’s apartment. What a perfect location. It was very easy to walk to all the main attractions we wanted to visit. Thank you also for the baby cot and stroller and the on site parking. We just loved our time here.

Jana hosted us very well by providing a free travel card in advance of our stay. They greeted us when we first arrived and provided us lots of good sightseeing recommendations friendly. They gave us a bottle of white wine as a present and they were super friendly. The location of Airbnb is very close to the train station, it’s just few 9 minutes walk and it’s extremely convenient. Recommend to all of you to stay!

Many thanks to Jane and Michelle for their warm hospitality. The location of the house is very good. It is about 10 minutes away from the train station. The road can pass the Kapel Bridge and Lake Lucerne, or you can take a tram. There are 3 supermarkets around. It was very convenient when we arrived. Facilities, the room is large enough, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room can also be used as a room, 2 families are also sufficient, the kitchen table is large enough. Highly recommended, will choose here next time.

Excellent large 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was wonderful. The place is large - it can easily accommodate 3 couples comfortably. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. Great shower, wifi, laundry and heating. The location is perfect - directly across the road from 2 grocery stores and only 5 minutes walk to the train (use shortcut passage). My only complaint is that the beds all had 2 single duvets instead of 1 double, which I found strange. (But maybe that's normal for Switzerland?) It seems like the whole building is Airbnb's. Likely you can't go wrong with which one you pick. This one has the living room and kitchen on opposite ends of the apartment (not open concept), in case that matters to you. I would definitely stay here again.

The supermarket downstairs is super convenient and the price is very high. It is very inconvenient to park the meter below.

A perfect place to stay with good beds and quiet despite its central location. Everything is available for cooking in the small kitchenette and the shower in the bathroom has to be commended. Apartment is in very good condition.

The location and the accommodation are great but there is no elevator. Carrier was hard to pull up, but hotel was large, and was clean, and was good. Well, check-in itself is like a room escape, so many quests to break ^ ~ ^ Written shower head pulls out white water But the hostel itself was a height in Europe!

Bright was really kind. When we lost the phone, the self-check-in was difficult, so we came and helped it.

Daniel’s place is very well located in Lucerne. 5 mins walk from the main market and 100 meters away from bus stand and grocery store. It’s on the ground floor so you don’t have to worry about climbing stairs. You will find every information about Lucerne in the books and pamphlets that Daniel has put for the guest. All in all highly recommend his place.

Great studio apartment and good value. About a 20 minute walk north of central old town or the train station. A good base point if you don't plan to go back and forth. Apartment is as described, well cleaned and host is very communicative.

The place was clean, quiet and accurate. The best part was the location because you can walk to the main attractions and there are multiple supermarket and cafes in the area. Daniel is a great host with immediate response to any questions I had and all the instructions to check-in were clear. I highly recommend his place.

Great value for money, neat and clean place, superb location. They were a bit pushy during checkout and knocked on our door twice in less than 10 mins. Car parking is a bit of a hassle.

Very nice place to stay while visiting Lucerne. Being extremely close to a grocery store was super convenient, and only an 8 minute walk to the train station. The kitchen was also very well-equipped and useful. The hosts were also very helpful in allowing us to store our luggage after checkout.

This apartment couldn’t be more in the center of Lucerne! Not a large apartment, but recently renovated, stylish, and comfortable. A really outstanding spot from which to explore central Switzerland! My wife, 3 small kids, and I were comfortable here. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic, located right in the middle of it all across from the train station. The apartment was nice and clean. Checkin was a breeze. Not a single bad thing to say other than I wish I had more than 2 days to stay!

The host wasn't in luzern when I checked in but he gave me all the necessary infos and told me the best places to visit for food and drinks. Location is great which is in the town center but not noisy. less than 10 min to the train station and pier. It is a beautiful town and worthy to visit. Btw it is also convenient to go to Rigi! Love it!

The check-in instructions were so comprehensive that, having read them once, I easily found Beat's house. Arrived earlier than promised, and accommodated without any problems. Beat is a very hospitable host! I did not turn to him for help, but he was always ready to help! The apartment is located very conveniently, a stone's throw from the tourist areas, but at the same time in an absolutely quiet area, which is important after a day of intense walks. The bed is comfortable, the bedding is clean, there is an opportunity for recharging gadgets, there are enough sockets. In general, everything you can wish for on a trip is in stock. The guidelines are clear, the transportation is convenient, and the location is appropriate. It is not far from the glass elevator, and it is not far from the train station. The rooms are large and well-equipped. Beat also makes a guidebook, and there are many travel guides in the room. Although there are many rules, they are clear in advance and reasonably acceptable. Praise ~ The location is good and everything is perfect, instructions are clear and just feel at home. There are bus stations near the apartment and it won't take a long time to walk to the bus stop.

Beat is very very nice host, he texted me how to take the train from Zurich to his house before we met, and he told me a lot of practical tips for my travel plans when I moved into the house. More importantly, we have a nice talk, we shared lots of interesting stories with each other, it’s very enjoyable to talk with a wise guy like him. The house is very clean, and you can find almost everything you need. The position of the house also is good, 5 minuets walk to the lake, a coop is just around the corner. There is no doubt I will come back if I come to Luzern again.

This apartment is very nice! Very open, clean, and comfortable! The hosts were kind enough to let us check out later and leave our luggage in the basement while we went and saw the sights. We did have a problem at first getting into the apartment. We couldn’t get ahold of the host, but we were able to get in after waiting a bit. Loved the location and the rooms! You are less than a 5 minute walk to the lion monument and to the lake. Would definitely book again!
