Great experience for our 1st airbnb test. Everything was perfect: the location of the apartment because if you are not afraid to walk, you can do everything on foot; the magnificent decor, which makes you feel at home; the little touches (coffee, drinks ...); just perfect bedding and pillows; equipment, notably audiovisual equipment, communication with Nicolas; finally, the parking space, big big advantage !! In short, to sum up, there is nothing to complain about, it was a real pleasure! Go there with your eyes closed.

Great little stylish apartment on the riverside in a perfect location to explore the delights of Lyon. Parking was also very convenient. The only tiny problem was the key for the door, which took several minutes each time leaving the apartment to lock the door.

Very nice apartment well located at the edge of the quay. Very “high-tech” apartment with all possible gadgets. You should know that the apartment does not belong to an individual but a hotel group - even if the first name of “Simon” is on the door which gives the impression that we are someone who provides his well. That said - it doesn't change much! I will definitely come back! Be careful with the music - they have very loud speakers and it annoys the neighbors.

Modern and very comfortable apartment, great decor and great location just opposite the Grand Hotel Dieu. Easy access and free underground parking nearby. Most of central Lyon is within walking distance, but the tram and metro are 200m away.

Nicolas is a good host. He will give you all the necessary information by email before your departure. As for the apartment, it is ideally located in the city center of Lyon, a few minutes from a parking lot (included in the rental), a tram & metro stop, local shops, a market & restaurants. It also offers a magnificent view of the Rhône & two of Lyon's flagship monuments, the Hôtel-Dieu & the Cathedral of Fourvière, as well as all the latest comforts you can dream of while traveling. The only small negative point that can be mentioned is the acoustic and thermal insulation. As the loft is located under the roofs, certain air currents pass, as well as the traffic noise; which is however a lesser evil for such a beautiful apartment!

The apartment was really cleanans clean but a little small. It is located in the middle of Lyon and everything is within walking distance which was great. Nico replied very fast and was very helpfull.

The sleeping is particularly comfortable, the shower powerful and very easy to adjust. Perfect location. The possibility of using the nearby underground car park thanks to the card entrusted with the very appreciable key in Lyon where spaces are "expensive". We only took breakfasts there since we came to see our children (nearby shops) but everything is planned to also take meals there.

Spent 3 cozy nights at Nicolas's/MOHOM's apartment in Lyon. Very convenient location right by the Rhône, with the touristic areas of Lyon accessible within minutes by bridge. The apartment is a stylish, clean space which easily felt like home - the bed, particularly, was difficult to part with! A fully-fitted kitchen with a washing machine merits bonus points from me. Highly recommend!

Checking in and out of here was a breeze. Nice location. Very roomy apartment for the wife and I and had everything we needed!

The first impression was perfect, as the apartment was larger than expected as a 1-bedroom apartment. There were many nice details and you felt right at home. The kitchen has a directly through the large work surface / table invited to cook. It was a pity, however, that there was only one cooking utensil available, which was pot and pan at the same time. The residential area is very well located, sights and the Rhône are within easy reach, we had difficulty arriving at the apartment in Lyon, as there are not many public transport options in this city. Overall a very successful stay in an interesting city!

It's a nice and cosy place near to many attractions in Lyon. Its easy to reach from the railway station and the host helps you with the directions as well. She is very responsive and flexible. She even allowed us to keep our bags even after the checkout was done . Overall Great and budgeted place.

20 minutes walk from Fahdi-U station The room is one bedroom type (sofa bed, kitchen, TV) very cozy and clean! The hot water comes out well. The host wasn't quick, but he kindly answered. Thank you for the luggage up to the 4th floor! You said you were wrong in English, but you explained the room in English. However, messages can only be communicated in French. If you don't speak French, Google Translator or Papago is a must!

The traffic in the room is very convenient, about five minutes walk from the vieux lyon station of ligne D. Downstairs is the scenic area, the environment is very good! The whole room is large and clean, and can accommodate up to four people. The kitchen is especially convenient. The previous tenant said that it is completely confusing to cook eggs. We can even cook porridge in it! The only inconvenient situation is that it takes a lot of steps before entering the room, and it is not convenient for families with lots of luggage or old people to travel together. The sewer pipes in the bathroom are also slightly problematic, but I believe they will solve them soon. Very pleasant experience.

A very nice and easy place to stay; Jessica was very friendly and open to us, but she also gave us enough space to be by ourselves. People who have issues with cats or their smell are maybe not at the best adress here, but to those who don't I really recommend this place; especially when traveling by train, since the train station is close and easy to reach. The check out was also really easy, since Jessica didn't even have to be there for it - we could just leave the keys on the table. To those with a small budget - this is a great choice!

This apartment is great value! Communication with Leslie was fast and easy, and the check-in experience was great. We were unexpectedly earlier in Lyon, but Leslie arranged that we could still go in the studio, which was very nice. The studio itself is clean and all the essential kitchen utensils are there to create a basic meal. The location itself is reachable by the metro, but requires around a 15 minute walk from the studio. All in all, we had an amazing experience here and can definitely recommend it!

I highly recommend Leslie’s tiny house. It’s located on a peaceful side street in a calm neighborhood with plenty of on street parking. A bit far from downtown but near a subway stop so easy to get around. We were recovering from jet lag so spent a good part of our stay resting or sleeping and the bed was very comfortable. We cooked our meals in the well equipped kitchenette. Small shower and toilet but it was perfectly functional. I have no complaints. The hosts were available and welcoming. I plan to stay here again on my next visit in Lyon.

I recommend Leslie's studio 120%. It is extremely well laid out, welcoming, clean ... everything is great. Regarding the location, I find it well located, close to shops and transport. I recommend not to go through the Saint Exupéry station but I still managed to get there easily despite my luggage and my little flea buggy! Leslie advised me on things to see in Lyon and I think I will come back because I now feel at home there!

We got dropped off by a taxi around the corner and managed to navigate to really nearby where Eric helped us to the entrance around the corner. Communication was great. The apartment was everything we needed. The bathroom is modern, new and clean. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed, even though it’s basic (no oven) but microwave and hob, kettle and coffee maker - were all we really needed as we ate out most of the time. The location is amazing; we couldn’t have wished for better. The bed on the mezzanine level was comfortable. The steps up are a little tedious to get up to the bed or to use the bathroom in the night, but we were fine with it. There’s always the sofa bed if not. I would stay again without hesitation. Very helpful local tips and recommendations too. Thanks again Eric & Kathy

Ricardo is a wonderful host. We felt very welcomed even tho we didn’t meet face to face - he was always reachable and really attentive. On our arrival we found some small treats on the table and we were so touched. Needless to say, the room was clean and located in the very convenient area. 2 mins walk to franprix, 5 mins to big monop, 7mins to the metro station. I highly recommend to stay here.

Jean Marie is a top host like I have rarely seen and met! I have done several airbnb but I must say that everything was beyond my expectations. Namely the location which is great, the kindness and kindness of Jean Marie, always available from the first contact by email until our departure. Ideal for two to discover Lyon during a weekend and especially during the Festival of Lights, value for money optimal. Do not hesitate !

Everything worked well for me. The location was in a walking distance to Vieux Lyon (and it's possible to take funiculaire if the hills start to feel exhausting). There was a view to a small garden and it was relaxing to hear the birds in the first thing of morning. Jean Marie was a nice host and communication was easy.

Exceptionally great value for money. Tips for the next guests: towels are pretty small, consider bringing your own. Do not use kettle and stove at the same time, electrical grid is not designed for heavy usage :)

Jean Marie's place was exactly as described. It's in a great location to access Old Lyon, and conveniently located just steps from the top of the funicular station. It's quiet and comfortable, and Jean Marie was very helpful with suggestions and tips.

Very comfortable stay for 2 people; close to the Paul Bocuse Hall and walking distance to the city centre. The kitchen is small but functional for cooking uncomplicated meals. The host was very responsive. Great value for money overall!

Great apartment , the most perfect location . We were able to walk everywhere , the place is really central . Small but very comfortable place, easy checkin that we appreciated a lot, due to not knowing exactly what time we were arriving. The bed was comfortable , bathroom separates the shower from the toilet ( that's cool ) . Close to the apartment there were really a lot of cool restaurants , so we always went out to eat and try the Lyon cuisine.

I stayed there for 3 nights. It was a strange experience for me as I have never shared any place with the Cat. I booked the place as I thought the host would be available to take care of the cat but as I was all alone in the place it was a bit uncomfortable may be I am not that use to of animals. Otherwise it was a nice stay I had no other issue except that.

So was very good in communication. Unfortunately we haven't met him but was easy to find the flat and the keys following the detailed description. The flat is very well situated, easy to go everywere. The flat is as on the picture, very nice and stylish. The only small thing one should pay attention is if you travel with 4 people as we did, the convertible coach is a bit small for 2 adults, but could be perfect for 2 kinds. I'll go back with pleasure should I be again in Lyon
