Ideally placed between St. Annes and Lytham, this charming, airy, 3rd floor apartment is a minute's walk to the beach and the beach cafe. Convenience shops lie at the top of the road plus a cosy restaurant, a fish and chip shop a butty shop and hairdressers. Our beautiful spacious holiday home has recently been renovated ready for you to enjoy. Located right in the centre of the seaside town of St Annes on Sea overlooking the beautiful Ashton Gardens from the master suite. The beach and pier is a five minute walk and the park is literally behind the house with a beautiful café and park. All the fun of Blackpool is just a ten minute drive away and the trendy town of Lytham is just a 6 minute drive. You can bring one well behaved dog aswell!

Please note that there is no oven or hob; there is a fridge, microwave and toaster, also a Nespresso coffee machine. It's located in a quiet, residential street at the end of a private garden. Access is via a gate with a keypad and check-in is with a key safe. Check in is after 2pm and check-out at 11am. Free street parking is available.
