Vacation rentals with a patio in Lytham St Annes

Lovely flat in a peaceful neighbourhood. Had everything one could need to have a safe and pleasant stay. Host was kind, friendly and helpful. They’d thought of everything and I’m already booked to stay again

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

What a great host. Stephen was proactive in making contact to ensure we were okay and had no issues finding the place. The apartment itself was absolutely fantastic. When we walked in the smell was just so clean. We stayed with our 3 boys and it was so cosy. Just what we were looking for. The beach across the road was perfect and we loved every minute! The beachcomber cafe across the road is highly recommended! Thanks for having us and we will definitely be booking again!

Stayed here for three nights over the Easter period. The place was outstanding. Amazing accommodation and views. Darrell and his wife couldn’t do enough for you. Was so accommodating. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

The flat is really lovely; it’s not just that it’s clean, or that it smells wonderful, or that you feel right at home… it’s the little touches: the potty seat for my toddler, the shelf of emergency supplies to get you settled, the cupboard of plastic crockery for kids… it was just lovely. And when we visit family, this would now be my go-to 😀

My son and his family stayed at Andrew’s property while they were visiting us from Australia. It is a fabulous property. Clean, comfortable and, with the log burner going, very cosy. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very comfy beds and the little ones loved the bunk beds. Lots of little extras including books, games, logs for the fire and even a BBQ. Ideally situated with shops, cafes and the local market all within walking distance. The railway station is nearby and and the M6 less than 5 minutes drive. Andrew responded to a couple of minor queries almost immediately. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending and would definitely use again.

From good communication to the actual stay it was all great, house was in the location we needed very cleans and modern, easy to find and easy access and day of arrival, would recommend for a clean no nonsense comfortable stay

Even though I had to clean the toilet (there were stains on the upstairs toilet) we still loved our stay at Naomi's place. The garden is beautiful and the furniture is comfortable, and the living room recliners are perfect. I really liked the linen, the feel and the smell.

We enjoyed our stay at Olivia's whilst visiting family in St Anne's. The house had everything we needed and it was a great base for getting out and about in the area. Olivia was very responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to return a forgotten t-shirt to our family member in St Anne's!

Great location for the Pleasure Beach and other attractions. The property was well equipped and great for families - the kids loved the pool table and the hot tub. It had everything we needed for homely stay. Lisa was very helpful and communicated all the details we needed for the stay.

This is a beautiful cottage with everything you need. Quality equipment, linens and furnishings. Tasteful, peaceful and the garden is delightful. The loveliest place! Top value for money and Rosie and Darren are lovely, thoughtful hosts. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Wow! This apartment is absolutely stunning. Fixtures and fittings were amazing, the apartment was spotless. You have done an amazing job making this a home from home. Blown away! Great location in a quiet spot. There are some great features; sliding barn door, claw bath, lighting, feature plant wall in kitchen - so thoughtfully put together. The rooms were so spacious, we were gutted to leave after just a couple of days! We loved it so thank you.

Had such a lovely Christmas staying here! Would highly recommend! Kai was so useful, even providing flour and muffin trays as we had forgot for the all important Yorkshire puddings 😂 thanks so much!

Beautiful apartment in peaceful surroundings. A 15 minute walk to cleveleys main centre. The beach is opposite and you can walk on the promenade to either Blackpool or Fleetwood. Paul was extremely friendly and answered any questions I had very quickly. The apartment was warm and cosy with your own parking bay. There’s a lot to see and do and all along the coast and we will no doubt be back in the future
