In the historical context of the 1700s, a ground floor home with lake view. Renovated and furnished with Italian design accessories. The kitchen carved into the Moltrasio rock keeps the environment cool in the summer months. Bedroom with walk-in closet and master bathroom. Living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Both are equipped with TV, wifi, and floor heating. There is a public stone terrace in front of the house. The tourist tax (€2.50 per person) is excluded from the price.

It is the ideal starting point for trips to discover Ticino and shopping trips. Parking, kitchen, Wi-Fi and visitor's tax are included in the price. As an extra, a "Welcome Card" for the tourist region with attractive discounts for restaurants, museums, mountain railways and baths will be provided per guest.

Exposed beams, parquet and large windows overlooking the surrounding greenery make the accommodation both welcoming and elegant.

The Studio is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake.
