Really nice place, you got yourself the entire 3rd floor, so space is not a problem. Ken was always prompt to answer any questions I had. I will definitely recommend it.

Ken was a great host! The location is quiet and was convenient for me. Clean room/bathroom, furnished with everything I needed (big bed, desk, microwave) and beautiful home. Both of his dogs are very friendly. Would definitely reach out again next time I'm in NC.

The best experience so far. 7 minutes to RTP and 20 to the airport. Close to stores and restaurants. Very pretty neighbourhood. The house is new. Everything inside is new. Fully loaded with many many wonderful details. We wanted for nothing. Super comfortable beds. Hosts are super charming and extremely attentive.

This is a nicely designed, spacious and comfortable space. Lots of nice touches like coffee, tea and water available on arrival as well as toiletries should you forget something. This was our first time using Airbnb, and Sultan made it a fantastic introductory experience. I had a number of questions and concerns before we left for our trip, and he answered each and every one very promptly. The home was very, very clean. We were supplied with bottled water, coffee and tea upon our arrival. That was a very nice and unexpected touch. There were plenty of bed and bath linens, and the house was well stocked with cleaning supplies. I highly recommend Sultan as a host.

This is a really fine stop if you need a place to stay that is central to the Raleigh/Durham area, and close to the airport. Barbara is a great host but also sensitive to your space and privacy. I will certainly put this spot at the top of my list when I need to be in the area again.

Robina was very kind. She was helpful and checked in on us to see if there was anything we needed. She responded quickly to is when we had a question. The house is conveniently located to all that Cary has to offer.

Our host was so kind to bring us two much needed pizzas upon or arrival after a long day of traveling. Overall an excellent space and location but I think the cleaning crew is lacking. Especially the floors. I mentioned this to Robina and she did say she would look into it. I'm sure it will no longer be an issue once she does. White towels smelled clean like bleach however we were unable to use the colored towels that had somewhat of an odor. Around toilets, light switches, and some walls could use attention as well. Lastly, a better master mattress is much needed. We had to put a few extra blankets under the fitted sheet to make it somewhat comfortable. All in all a good stay nevertheless. I will likely stay here again. ;-)

Robina is a great host, and a great home to stay in.

Great place to stay, everything was as listed, plenty of space for a family. Also, convenient to everything, stores and restaurants within minutes driving distance. Very convenient to airport!

I travel a lot for work and this stay was by far the best. You won't find a better host. He checked many times to make sure the stay was perfect. Also, he prepared and invited me to dinner many times. Communication was spot on. I'd recommend this home to anyone.

Shonda's place was a wonderful respite after visiting family. Her house was beautifully decorated, cozy and inviting. My room had everything I needed, and the bed was so comfortable. One of the best night's sleep I have had while traveling in a long time. Shonda was a terrific host. Very friendly and gracious. I highly recommend her home to future guests.

Shonda made my first AIRBNB experience a great one. The listing was very accurate and even better in person. I would travel back to North Carolina just to stay here again!! I had another great stay at Shonda's and had the pleasure of getting to know her in person since she was in town during my time there. I frequently make business trips to the Triangle and her place is very comfortable, clean, and close to great restaurants and stores, and is an easy driving distance to Raleigh, RTP and Durham. Shonda is a welcoming and gracious host and I'm looking forward to my next trip there.

Accurate listing in a very quite neighborhood. Beautiful home with great services (Cable, WiFi,,). Convenient location to Durham and Raleigh, house was very clean and comfortable as well - exactly as described. Steven was very accommodating with our check in/out times. FELT LIKE HOME!! We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, cozy and very welcoming. We had everything we needed and more! Neighborhood was amazingly beautiful and safe! Our first night we had locked ourselves out at 3:00 am and Steven was there super quick!! Super host for sure! Can't wait to stay again :)

All I can say is if I didn't like this place I wouldn't stay there every time I come to the Raleigh area.

Our stay at Steven's place was perfect! From the moment we walked in and found that he had left my 1.5 year old daughter goldfish snacks and Minnie Mouse plates and had left us some snacks and waters as well, we new we had picked the right place to have our family vacation. The space was immaculate and very cozy. Steven made himself very available anytime we messaged him regarding something we were unsure of. He responded almost immediatly. The rental is located very close to any amenity we needed. We were very happy staying here and look forward to future stays as we plan to relocate to the area! Thanks again Steven!

Steven left water in the refrigerator for me. I have stayed at his place about a half dozen times. I enjoy the area, close to lots of food places and shopping.

Because I travel to the area often, I almost want to say something's wrong with Stevens place so keep it a secret. But it's just nice and relaxing. The place and the area is perfect and has you need or want.

We felt welcomed right when we walked in the door. Things were left out for us to make us feel more at home. The neighborhood was super cute and clean! We felt right at home there!
