The renovated space is spacious and features modern appliances and hardwood floors throughout. The guest bedroom is roomy and overlooks the garden below. Located on a beautiful tree-lined street, it’s just a short walk to the subway through the vibrant, residential neighborhood of Washington Heights.

The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.
