Experience the unusual side of Nantes aboard this spacious Dutch star moored at the pontoon, on the Erdre. Ideally located in the city center, within walking distance of the South Station (100 m). Alone, as a couple, with family, friends or colleagues, you can enjoy all the space of "La Jolyest", from the stern to the bow! The boat offers: a cabin with a double bed and a single berth, a cabin with two single beds, a kitchen area with, if necessary, a convertible double bed.

Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Our charming house is located in the peaceful countryside of Guipry-Messac, 4.4 km from the city center in the 35th department in Brittany, our house is the perfect base from which to explore the local area. Only 7 km from the Lohéac car village, 30 km from the Rennes exhibition center in Bruz, and 35 km from the city of Rennes, you will have easy access to local attractions. The Breton coast is only 1.5 hours away, and the Vilaine towpath is accessible 3 km away.

Located in the heart of a 6000 m2 wooded park, our cottage will charm you with its calm. The kitchen is open to a living room with exposed stones where a good fire will warm you in the large fireplace (wood provided). Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a dressing room. The south-facing terrace and large garden are conducive to relaxation, barbecues and outdoor games. Observe deer and birds in this green setting, ideal for families and nature lovers.

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Nice renovated house in the village of Dreffeac

Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

Our 22 m2 studio is located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of an old building. While it is located on one of the boulevards serving the city center and the lively districts of Nantes, its view opens onto one of those quiet and preserved places hidden by the facades of big cities. Your window opens onto small gardens that invite you to wake up to birdsong and guarantee you peace and quiet.

Loue maison de 45m2, 2 chambres avec jardin pour 4 personnes. Accès et jardin privatif. Ce gite aménagé dans une longère en pierre est mitoyen et indépendant de notre logement principal. Il y a une chambre avec 1 lit deux places au RDC et l’autre chambre à l’étage à 2 lit d’une place. Le logement a été refait à neuf l’année dernière.

On the ground floor of the house, a kitchen, a back kitchen, a living room, toilet, a bathroom. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine, toilet, bathroom.
