The room is spacious & the bed was super comfortable. Also, Tim communicated very well.

Tim waived a lot of the fees that normally come with an airbnb, so the price you see is almost exactly the same as you see! Most airbnb prices I’ve seen cane nearly double after tax and cleaning, it was a pleasant surprise. House was clean and the quiet fresh air has been a nice change.

Lori was an amazing host. Great communication and very helpful from the moment you try to book until the last minute you check out. The place is brand new and very clean. Absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you Lori for everything.

Beautiful above the garage apartment. Close to Aggies stadium. Lori is a great host even to opposing team fans “Roll Tide”. She had a map with tips for us ready and then she even stayed around to give us directions on where we should go and let us know what roads would be closed so we wouldn’t park that direction. Apartment is great. Neighborhood is beautiful! Enjoyed our visit to College Station. It was a great town to visit wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location! Super clean. Very comfortable home. You have your complete privacy and the set up is very convenient. If it's just 2 of you, there is a little "living room area" or you can sleep 2 more on the sofa sleeper in there. You won't be disappointed. Small refrigerator with a little coffee maker right there too. Safe neighborhood. Priced right.

We stayed at Daniels place while college touring Texas A&M! First, they were the best hosts. They were able to help accommodate my father with some of his wishes. The location is one of the safest Air BNBs I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were so clean and very comfortable. We ate at Napa Flats for dinner, and it was amazing. We are so grateful for Daniel and his wife to let us stay in their home at such a great deal and be able to afford this college tour! BTW y’all we love this city!

The Windsor Cottage was perfect for our weekend stay for five. The location was close to so much yet it was a quiet, peaceful place to regroup from wedding festivities. The accommodations were well appointed, very comfortable and included all the amenities we could have wanted and didn't even think we needed! Our only sadness was that we couldn't stay longer to enjoy the porches and the community pavilion with grill and firepits. Next time...

Great, spacious place! Check-in and out were very simple. It had all the kitchen supplies you may need. Cute decor with lots of places to sit and visit. We had some friends and family over to celebrate my graduation and there was enough room to set up food, eat, and comfortably visit all night. The outside area directly adjacent to the Windsor was cute and super convenient. I would definitely recommend this spot for a game day weekend or even just for a quiet little place to get away while visiting College Station.

Matt and Juno (new bestie) were incredible host for my week long stay while attending classes at TEEX. Myother firefighter compadres were scrambling to find laundry and other essential services while I was kicking back getting in extra study time and enjoying the great location. So accommodating!! Beds were so comfy, entire property was spotless. It was such a comfortable stay. It was also nice and quiet being right outside city limits but a close drive to most places! I will be back when visiting family and friends. I would recommend!

A wonderful place to stay!!! Exceptionally clean! Comfortable bed with good quality linens and nice new, thick bath towels as well as new kitchen appliances! Just far enough away from campus to feel like you're out in the country but still only 15 minutes from campus and restaurants and a super host!

Our stay at the Howdy House was amazing! This was my first time using Airbnb and it was the best decision we made for a great Aggie game weekend! We stayed here for the LSU vs. Aggie game Thanksgiving weekend which turned out to be an amazing game, which added more excitement to out weekend. Loved the local pastries, juice and coffee truly great hospitality! The overall favorite part were our mornings to the quiet country setting and peaceful scenery. We will not hesitate to stay at this great location for another visit soon and for future Aggie games. Gig 'em

We had a wonderful stay at the Howdy House. Check-in was a breeze and we found the house with ease. Mollie was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The location was very peaceful and just a short drive from everything. The quiet country setting was perfect for a campfire, which we took advantage of every night, thanks to the firewood that Mollie left for us. We’d definitely consider staying here again. Gig’em!

This is a great place- pictures don’t do it justice. Short drive from football stadium. Everything we needed. Kitchen is nice and has tv and internet. Nice amenities - fresh blueberry muffins with juices, drinks and coffee. Truly enjoyed - would not hesitate to stay again. Also - Mollie was quick to respond to any questions.

Our stay at Mollie's was great! The whole place was perfectly clean, cute, and she even provided some food/drink for breakfast in the morning. The bed is very comfortable too, in my opinion. There is no wifi, but that's no big deal. It's an easy drive into town. I would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful, peaceful place to escape to out in the country, yet still close enough to town to go in to restaurants and activities. For our next longer stay, I will bring some groceries to enjoy cooking in the nice full kitchen or on the firepit and enjoy a quiet, cozy getaway! Also, Mollie was a great hostess and so quick to communicate with us once we booked! We definitely look forward to returning to the Howdy House next time we visit College Station!

We were in town for an Aggies football game. It was great being a little outside College Station on Dan and Judy’s land to “disconnect” for a bit. Very clean and cozy cabin. Although it was a chilly night, we were still able to wrap up in some blankets, sit outside and enjoy the scenery/sunset. Thank you!

Don’t think twice, just book it now! A truly amazing property to indulge yourself in. 5 stars just doesn’t seem like enough. 7 adults and an 18month old stayed very comfortably in the like new 3/1. It’s exceptionally clean, very charming and complete with everything you could possibly need and then some. We celebrated my daughters graduation from A & M (Gig ‘em) and hosted a luncheon for approximately 30 guest. We utilized the kitchen, served on the screened in spacious patio and enjoyed all of the beautiful grounds. Myke graciously went above & beyond to accommodate us all. After a fun & busy day including fishing, basketball, trampoline and s’mores at the bonfire we had a peaceful soak in the hot tub, then upstairs to sleep on a top of the top of the line King size bed and soft cozy linens. This has been the best Airbnb experience we have had. They went above and beyond and we are grateful for that. The kids had a great time exploring the property and playing. We will definitely book again in the warmer seasons to take advantage of the pool. The weather was perfect to use the fire pit and plenty of wood was provided. Fresh eggs from the chicken coop were provided and the kids help with picking them. The entire place was spotless with plenty of room for everyone in our large group. Thank you again for making this stay very memorable for our entire family.

Love. Love. Love!! We enjoyed our stay at Willow Run Estate so much! Myke is an excellent host and we were spoiled with ultra soft and comfy beds, sweet extras like shampoo, conditioner, and laundry goodies, and a well stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The kids had a fit over the peacocks and sweet dogs Sadie and Annabear. We had a perfect space to laugh, spend time visiting, and watching the World Series. We can’t wait to return and spend time at this beautiful place so close to Aggieland.

If you are a Texas A&M fan you will love staying at this Airbnb! It’s a totally newly furnished three bedroom apartment. All beds, bedding, linens, bath towels, kitchen accessories l, etc. are new! Lots of Aggie touch. Signs, blankets, glasses, YETI drink cups, paper plates and cups, etc. - all TAMU gear! Fun! The pantry was stocked with pancake mix and other supplies for breakfast including lots of coffee and tea and condiments. One cabinet was full of spices for cooking. Everything needed to cook or bake just about anything. Plus everything needed to make s’mores out on the fire pit. Big 65” TV in the living room. You also have access to a nice patio out by a lake behind the unit and to the owner’s pool, hot tub and grill. Being in a gated property provides added security. Only 15 minutes to campus. Michelle is a great host! Friendly and very accommodating. While the unit will sleep 8, with one bathroom that best serves families. We were five adults though and it worked fine.

Lovely, comfortable, spacious, easy to get to with great directions. Lots of extra touches. Very close to Texas A & M where our Pickleball tournament was held. Julia, our host, bent over backward to assist us when the event was cancelled a day after our arrival.

Julie’s place is in such a great location for all the College Station. Easy to get to campus, beautiful amenities! We were able to get to all of our local favorite spots with ease! We loved our trip!

Julia was incredibly prompt in responding to our inquiries, and she quickly addressed our concerns. There was a snafu with the cleaning company, but she went above and beyond to make it right. The apartment is easy to get to and was the perfect location for our trip to College Station/Bryan.

Bradley’s place was located in a newly built subdivision located minutes from A&M’s indoor track facility. A Super clean space, comfortable bed, and TV located inside the room. Bathroom is conveniently located near the bedroom and had toiletries available. Bradley’s home provides the perfect space for a quick, overnight trip!

My Wife & I absolutely loved it. We both work so much, we barely ever get to spend time together, so this getaway was much needed. It was exactly what we wanted, disconnected from the busy city but not to far from a small town if you needed anything. Annie was absolutely amazing, she's quick to respond and super sweet. When we got there she had left us super tasty pastries & wine. Not to mention if you did happen to forget anything, she had it there down to make up remover wipes. My favorite part was definitely the bath tub...oh my goodness... it was perfect, neither one of us wanted to leave... if we didnt have to work we most definitely would have extended our stay. If you want to get away, disconnect, relax & just spend quality time this is THE perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Even though I knew this rental would be nice, I was still blown away by how stinking adorable it was! Annie does a beautiful job decorating and keeps everything simple and elegant. She even left us the yummiest Christmas cookies and wine. Thank you Annie;). We truly adored everything about this property. The location might seem disconnected to some renters, but that's why we loved it even more. Private, quiet, rustic surroundings. It was perfect! Annie was quick with her communication, and was very accommodating and kind. I've been to several properties. Each time I comment about how that particular rental is the cutest I've been in. What an amazing and magical place this is tucked back past horse farms, cattle, goats.......nestled into the trees. I would highly recommend this ultra stylish space just minutes from TAMU but still quiet and private. Beautiful and comfortable rooms well appointed with TV’s and every amenity of home. By far my favorite place to stay in the area. Don’t hesitate to book it!

We really love staying in this place. It's such a magical place. If you are like me that love nature, you will love it. The location is perfect to disconnect from the city and all the problems, just keep in mind is a little far from grocery, like 15 minutes, so try to get everything you need before you arrive, because once you get in, you won't want to leave that place. The place was really clean and it is just as is shown in the pictures. We stay with a toddler and she loved it, too. Totally recommend it

Had such a great experience. Dan and Judy's place is an easy 30 min drive from College Station in a beautiful rural setting. The covered outdoor area was the best part of it for us. We used the fire pit, comfy chairs and grill to have an awesome mini tailgate with our kids and their friends. Clean and super comfy. The kids want to make a visit to Dan and Judy's place an annual event. Highly recommend!

This was the cleanest bnb we’ve stayed in so far! You’re secluded and the property was well maintained and easy to access. The home itself was absolutely incredible and the extra wine was even better. We would recommend this place all the time!

What a fantastic place to stay. It was extremely clean and very neat. It literally felt like staying at a hotel but for a fraction of the price. Fresh linens, fresh towels and very comfortable! Emily and her boyfriend were gracious hosts. They were available to answer any questions I had and were extremely flexible with my schedule when I needed to checkout late. I had the privacy and quiet needed to do some much needed work. By far one of best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had!!!! This is the absolute best place to stay if you have a pet. Grace is way beyond fabulous. Our dogs played together great. She helped me care for my dog as I was out for long hours of the day/night. It was quiet there and safe. Very clean and uncluttered. I will definitely stay here again.

This is a hidden gem! It was so nice, that I don't want anyone else to know about it because I want it to myself every time we go to College Station, TX. Everything was immaculate! All the furniture, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room look brand new and are stylishly decorated. There was granite in the kitchen and we had everything we needed. This is the best BNB I have ever stayed at. The bed was so comfortable that we took the sheets off the second night to see what mattress it was because we wanted to buy one. The bathroom even had a heater that you could set while you are showering. This is not a plug in heater it's one in the ceiling and everything is top notch. I had a great hot shower. We slept very cool in the evening and the AC did it's job. There are all new appliances too. Ok and there's one more bonus that I don't want to share with you, but I will. There is a parking pass that you can use near A&M. We happened to be in town for our son getting his Aggie ring. The parking was only a few blocks from where we had to go to at A&M. We were able to use the pass and walk to the ring event. It was convenient and easy!

David's place was exactly what I was looking for - a bedroom with a shared bathroom, as advertised, plus a price that was far below what hotels in the area were going to charge. The neighborhood is still under development and several houses on the street are currently under construction. The house, as such, was brand new and clean. I appreciated the complimentary water bottles in our room and the coffee maker for breakfast.

Great home with nice decor that makes it feel spacious and “homey”. I enjoy the little notes/signs which is very helpful and welcoming. There’s a lot of construction around for this newer neighborhood but it is not even noticeable most of the time, way less noise than I expected and a quiet neighborhood as well. Did not see David often but he was nice and friendly. Overall great place to stay and I would highly recommend making this a reoccurring airbnb anytime you visit the Bryan/College Station area.

This was my first time and man was I blown away! Not only was the host super friendly, kind and helpful but I felt like she was a friend. She made us all feel extra special and the house was immaculate! She has set the bar high for our future Air BnB adventures! If you have the opportunity to stay here I highly recommend it! This house is a great value and a wonderful place to stay. Brand new neighborhood, just a few minutes from downtown Bryan and the A&M campus, and a large kitchen area. The main rooms are larger in person than they appear in the photos. Kathryn made the stay extremely easy and convenient. We'll be back!

Communication was great. I was needing to find a place to stay quickly for some colleagues and the girls seemed very happy and comfortable.

Great place to disconnect, play a games, read a book, or spend quality time with the family. Not to far from center of city, but far enough to give that countryside feeling. Very clean and owners are quick to respond and kind.

Extremely rare gem!! Mamaw’s house is newly remodeled and extremely clean and comfortable! We loved the special touch of the Blue Bell ice cream in the freezer! We would definitely recommend to anybody visiting the area.

Quiet and clean stay that fit our needs. Tara was great allowing us to check in early.

This place was perfect for our trip to College Station for the game! Amazing hosts- very accommodating and quick to respond to any messages. The space was very clean and in a great location. Will definitely stay here again if we return to the area!
