Quiet top floor flat situated five minutes from Jesmond Metro. Very convenient for events like the Great North Run and just a short walk to the Wylam Brewery. Not suitable for children or for people who make a lot of noise. Definitely no parties. Please respect the other people who live in this building - especially at night! On the plus side, there’s a decent coffee machine, and a couple of good cafetières so if you like a morning brew you should find that you’re spoilt for choice! ☕️

For Parking The nearest multi-storey Is 5 mins away on Dean Street NE1 1PG It’s 2.10 an hour between 8am and 7pm and free over night. Sometimes in the summer the famous Tyne Bridge Kittiwake’s can be a little noisy.

Transport links are excellent, the metro into the city centre, metro centre, the airport and the coast is a 5 minute walk. You’ll love my place because of the location, it really is perfect. I have off road parking you can use and easy access to motorways both north and south.
