NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. Our great garden on the edge of the forest, with birds chirping and the sheep on the pasture next door, overlooking the mountains is pure relaxation. The apartment is located in the basement. Our apartment is 3 minutes walk from Traunsteiner Bahnhof, in a quiet location, as well as 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops.
