Recently designed by an interior designer and rebuilt, this loft has breathtaking views over the ocean from every spot in the apartment. It is on the top floor of Cap sa Sal, a historical building that was originally "the" luxury spot in the Costa Brava in the 60s. It was then turned into private apartments 40 years ago and this specific one has been redone recently. OPTIONAL: include a 7m speed boat with 250 horsepower motor for 250 euros x day. Despite many years have gone through, the Villa still maintains its charming environment being completely surrounded by nature, a very special and peaceful refugee!. The house has a private garden of 350 square meters whith a barbacue, a 50 square meter porch whith is bench, table and chairs. There are also loungers in the garden.
