Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sacramento

Mary's place was perfect for our quick turn around trip. She was flexible with check in she provided clear instructions. The home is clean and the decor is super modern and cute. We loved the shelf of candy she provided for purchase in the theater room. That was a nice unique touch. We just wish we were visiting under better circumstances as we were here to visit a family member in the hospital. Regardless, the home was perfect and had plenty of space. We will definitely be re-booking for a future visit.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was extremely kid friendly, which was so nice. My 3 year old felt right at home. Check in was super easy and everything was clean. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd be happy to stay again!

Gurdev is a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. This is the second time we have rented Gurdev's home for our family Holiday gathering. Accommodations are comfortable, always clean and the addition of the bed in the loft area is an added plus and valid use of this space. Should the need arise again in the future, Gurdev's home would be on top of our list of rentals in the Antelope/Sacramento area.

Pros: Great location. Corner location. Winco across the street. Decor was aesthetically pleasing. Overall clean, homey, comfy. Pet friendly. Would stay again. Cons: no paper towels or tissues. No grass. Found a used dirty fork in the drawer. Need new cutting board. Kitchen knives are dull. Plenty of extra pillows but no pillowcases. If i remember correctly, only 6 bath towels but theres a washer/dryer with detergent.

This house was perfect! Walkable distance to downtown, and big enough for our group of 7. Rooms were big and the AC was amazing. Game room and board games in the bottom floor - couldn’t recommend this place more.

Best location in Davis, hands down. We felt right at home and appreciated the minimalist decor and plant lover space in the sunroom. There is a really neat kaleidoscope! The house may be smaller but the backyard is spacious. It is somewhat private; we didn’t see anyone but there is an alley in the back so neighbors were walking by. The neighborhood and street is quiet so we slept easily. You can hear the nearby train a bit but I grew up near a train line so that is nostalgic for me. Pretty much everything you could ask for in a pet-friendly Airbnb getaway to Davis. Only thing I would suggest is bringing your own pillows but I am a pillow connoisseur and the ones they had stocked were too firm for us.

This was our second extended stay at the Heritage House while in Sacramento on family business. Robert was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. We continue to be very satisfied with the accommodations and very happy to see some of the updates including bedroom curtains, additional kitchen appliances, Mrs Meyers hand soap and Native toiletries. We enjoyed having the space to spread out and sufficient bathrooms for our group. We made good use of the kitchen, dishwasher and laundry facilities. And it was great to relax in the living room with the big screen TV after long days of physical and emotional labor. While we hope to not need many more family business trips to Sacramento, we will definitely stay here again when in town!

Amazing stay! Stuart was great at responding to any questions. The pool and backyard was so relaxing and peaceful! We would definitely like to come back in the near future.

Our stay at Olga's place was easy and enjoyable. She was a friendly and available host, ready to help and answer any questions. We would recommend this space for a short or longer stay.

Great place to stay in Sac. Very convenient to many areas of the city. Very clean and well equipped.

The Flat/Studio was amazing, super clean and felt like home. to be honest, the pictures dont so this place justice because its truly better in person. the place has alot of windows so it gets good sunlight, not to mention that its surrounded be beautiful trees. David was very responsive, flexible and a great host. next time Im back in the city, I am definitely staying here again. 🙌

Our stay was great! Check-in was super easy and the place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe, with lots of nearby spots to grab food or drinks. We especially loved how close it was to Downtown Sacramento, which made it really convenient for us to explore the area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Tim and the Midtown Stays team was proactive responsive and always available. The apartment is beautifully clean and well appointed for everything you'd need. Great location and incredibly peaceful. Check-in/check-out is seamless and would absolutely stay again. 10 stars.

I have stayed at Allie’s place a few times now and it has always been a great home base while I am in the area.

My little family and I loved this place! Super thoughtful and stocked with all that you’d need plus more! The hosts were so friendly, accommodating, and communicative. I’d definitely stay here again, and would certainly reccomended this cute little space to others! Thank you again Tom and Oksana!

Second time staying here very comfy beds and convenient for visiting UCD!

Booked for a festival and enjoyed coming back to a quiet space rather than a noisy hotel. The complex was very nice with a grocery store close by. There are upstairs neighbors but they were not exceedingly loud. It does have a small garage but was able to fit my vehicle in it no problem although street parking is not an issue as there were many spots available. It was very easy to get in and out of and had everything we needed. Place was very clean and communication and instructions were very clear.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Robyn’s place was perfect for our visit to Golden 1 to watch the Kings play. It was easy access to the arena, safe, clean, and quiet. Would stay there again!

We had the best stay at this airbnb. Mike has thought of everything! Incredibly thoughtful touches and amenities-- nothing he hasn't thought of and they really prioritize making sure you are taken care of. We felt right at home and had everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed the gym and hot tub that were in the building as well as the gated parking structure with a reserved spot. The condo is walking distance from everything-- coffee shops, restaurants, bike trails, transit, everything! Couldn't recommend staying at this place more, you wont regret it!

Prime downtown Davis and UC Davis location - literally can’t be beat! It put us right in the heart of everything. The townhome is very comfortable and spacious and the room sizes are generous. It was also great to have the garage and the parking pass. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. We would love to stay here again.
