Great spot I’ll book again in the future

This was our second stay in the Inkling and it was just as comfortable as last time. This place is so well located to downtown and for getting out and exploring the surrounding area - which we did.

Very nice and quite location perfect for night runs or walks. Very clean place and I spend hours cleaing my room so I can acknowledged and appricate that! Also very responsive and warm guest. Plesent stay overall.

Stay here. I booked Colleen's place for an extended stay (almost 6 weeks) and it was perfect. Cozy (but not too small!), private, clean, well-supplied, well- and thoughtfully-appointed, lots of sunshine, quiet street, conveniently located. And then there's the patio. Cute, comfortable, just enough sunshine, great place for morning coffee, a good book and great conversation. Colleen was easy to communicate with and always responsive. I highly recommend staying at Colleen's place.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this wonderful accommodation. I stayed here for almost two months as I was a visiting PhD student at UC Davis. The place is clean and you get to have a separate bathroom and bedroom for yourself. An ideal place for a student. And I got to visit their lovely restaurant situated in Davis downtown area. The food there is very nice. Nanda and his wife are extremely hospitable. I would recommend this place.

Super easy to get to, I had a great stay. Everything was comfortable and hosts were awesome once again.

This is a great place to stay if you’re in the UC Davis area! A nice suite with great amenities, perfect for a 1-2 person stay if you’re visiting. Amanda is very responsive and helpful with anything you need

Beautiful place! Nice and clean. We were in town for an event and we are so glad we found Corby’s place. It was only a few minutes away from where we needed to attend. Great restaurants in the area. Responds to messages very fast. We needed to stay extra time and we were accommodated with no problem. Thank you again Corby.

Perfect location in a safe neighborhood near everything we needed. A comfortable and cute place with a nice little kitchenette to warm your take out and fix a cup of coffee. Good for a weekend with easy parking and shopping nearby.

A great place with a wonderful host. The green belt space out the back door was perfect for a nice nature walk. Wild turkeys ran around the yard every day. I would stay here again.

I was in Davis for a short stint and looking for a comfortable, safe place to call home. Naomi’s studio exceeded my expectations and then some! Beautiful property located within minutes of downtown Davis. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are looking for convenience and a relaxed atmosphere:) The unit satisfies every need and feels like home in no time. The smell of the lemon tree is the best greeting and will be missed!

This is out 2nd stay at Sandeep’s place Sandeep is very responsive to text and with communication about house access and house information. He responded quickly in bringing a few needed items. The space is comfortable and perfect for our needs. We would definitely recommend Sandeep’s place and hope to stay again the next time we are in Roseville.

Lovely guest suite at the back of the main house. With private deck and small fenced yard- perfect for my two little dogs. The space was very clean, nicely decorated, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed and high-end bed linens. Comfy leather sofa, lots of light, but good drapes to block out mid-afternoon sun. Homer and Julie Ann were very friendly and helpful and offered to look after my dogs while I went to a concert but I ended up taking them with me and they were happy to chill in their dog beds in my car. I went to a concert at the Boardwalk in Orangevale, just 7 mins away. Lovely, peaceful property at the dead-end of a street in a very charming neighborhood, just a few blocks from historic downtown Folsom, the Rainbow Bridge, and the Johnny Cash trail. There was quite a bit required for a 10:00am check out: gathering and washing towels, stripping the bed, taking out the trash/recycling, but I didn't see that they charge a cleaning fee, so it seemed reasonable to me.

Absolutely loved staying here, would definitely stay here again! Very welcoming and provided anything and everything you need to feel right at home!
