Monthly Rentals in Saint Erth

We’ve just spent four nights at Adrian & Lucy’s place, they were the perfect hosts. Gorgeous, homely cottage exactly as described and in a peaceful location. They gave us great recommendations for the local area, if time allowed we would’ve loved to have stayed longer.

Our second stay here, everything as perfect as our first. The property is modern , clean and equipped with everything you need. Location is great for walking to the beaches as well.

Elizabeth was an amazing host with great communication and made us feel right at home! The annex was cosy but spacious and was in a lovely peaceful location only 15 mins drive from St Ives. There was also a train station nearby which was handy. The annex had every amenity you would need including an area to sit outside and relax. PS we really enjoyed our interactions with Apollo the cat who loves getting a fuss! 😁

We had a lovely stay at this Steppy Downs studio. It felt wholesome and homely from the moment we arrived—very comfortable and thoughtfully set up. The space was fully equipped with everything we needed (and more), and it was clear the host had paid attention to all the little details. There were plenty of amenities provided, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view and general atmosphere added to the relaxing, peaceful vibe of the place. The only slight downside was the parking situation. The listing seemed like there was a proper driveway, but in reality, we ended up parking on a grass patch infront of the property on the road, which was not preferable. Overall, though, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others looking for a cozy and well-appointed getaway.
