We had a very nice stay in Montalivet! Michel is a very friendly host and gave us various travel tips in advance and informed us well about everything. The house has a beautiful location so you can walk to the sea and various markets. Overall, it is pleasantly quiet in the area so you can relax well!

Excellent stay in Vaux sur mer. Very good hosting. Perfect villa, very nice, very well designed, very well equipped and above all very clean. And finally: "the pool"!!! A great plus. I would highly recommend this rental.

Very clear announcement that allowed us to plan it right away. The rental is true to this one: high quality and very well-equipped; clean and extremely well arranged (spacious with part day vs night, 3 bathrooms, master suites); close to the beach, shopping malls while staying in a peaceful location. We had a great time with friends and children and thank Fabrice for his hospitality, availability and thoughtfulness.

Beautiful! One of the best airbnb rentals I've been able to do during my trips. The house is very nice, the cabinets, drawers and other cupboards are full of utensils and equipment of all kinds very useful. Even better than home. Everything is there. The bedding is perfect. The place is very quiet and the sea a few hundred yards walk at the end of the cul-de-sac. A wonderful Christmas stay. The only downside is that the bedrooms in a row have to go to the rooms to live from the outside so as not to wake other hosts. Not a concern in summer or winter for us but can bother some people. Everything is quality and we wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a great time with the family for Christmas thanks to this villa. Numerous well-arranged rooms, large table to eat together, comfortable and clean bedding, well-equipped kitchen. Everything is here to gather for a few days. And there's space for 5 cars in the yard. Well located, Pontaillac beach within walking distance in 5 minutes. I recommend it!

A wonderful place to take a big family holiday. Lots of space in the house and it had a really unique design and feel that made it comfortable and stylish. The outside space was perfect with multiple seating and dining areas along with a fantastic pool which children and adults all enjoyed thoroughly. It's not often you can please everyone but all our family where seriously impressed. The local area is very local, so off the beaten track for most Brits which made it even more enjoyable. We would all stay again thats for sure.

Charming little house, very clean, perfect location within 10 min walking distance of the beautiful beach, fabulous market and main streets with its many shops and restaurants; and yet not so close that noise was ever a problem - we found the villa very peaceful, day and night. The pool was lovely and warm when we were there (August), the outdoor space catches the sun all day, and we loved the bbq with adjustable cooking height. Aircon in the villa effective and much appreciated. Host Chrystelle was super responsive and helpful, and her parents, who let us into the property and showed us round, couldn’t be more welcoming, and friendly. Although they live next door and were always on hand if needed, they were extremely discreet. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a pleasant stay, 4 generations under one roof and everyone felt at ease and comfortable. The grandparents enjoyed the pétanque court, the little one the pool…. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. Close to all amenities, it is at the same time in the middle of meadows in a very quiet place. I would recommend it in a second.

Lovely and comfortable house. Quietly located at the edge of the village. Supermarket within a few minutes driving distance. Everything available in the house and the kitchen. Nice swimming pool with plenty of space to find a sunny or shade spot. Repeatable! In addition, it is good to communicate with Corinne and respond quickly. So top house!

We had a lovely stay at Laurent and Melanie's. We were able to enjoy the pool, sauna, video projector. The house is very nice and the bedding very comfortable. Laurent made himself very accessible and made it easy for us to access Airbnb.

Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for this great week in Vert Bois Oleron The house is as described and very equipped , no lack to report The pool is delicious like the garden ,you feel quiet and privacy . The location is perfect access to the green wood beach, where we were able to do surfing courses By bike , via bike path in the immediate vicinity, there are 15 minutes -20 minutes with children , to the center of Dolus-d'Oléron St Trojan, or the cotton plant which are charming . Super U or Intermarché 5- 10 minute drive for shopping A great location We will be back! Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for the responsiveness . See you soon

Laurence and her daughter hosted us very well and showed us everything we needed to know in their pretty home. Located in the pine forest around other villas, the location is very peaceful. The exterior layout is frankly beautiful with the pool and its surroundings. The house is impeccable, functional and beautifully decorated. A property that we will keep for a future getaway in the area!
