Apartment in a great location, spacious, well arranged and crossing. From the balcony overlooking the harbor and the park and rooms overlooking the church. It's super nice to have lunch with the rising sun. On the other hand, if like me, you are sensitive to noises don't forget your quiescent balls! But despite that, I had a great stay and I recommend this apartment in the heart of Royan.

Great value, location is amazing, Blandine is very nice and accommodating. A curtain on the windows and a microwave would be a plus.

I wanted a place close to nature yet accessible to restaurants if I wanted. If you are looking for a calmer spot this is it. The walking paths are beautiful. Just staying out front of Gaelle's was enough for me. We ate fresh oysters on the garden table looking at the ocean. I was very happy.

Located in a beautiful village, no cars but parking close enough to the accommodation. Marie gave us very clear instructions and is present and responsive. The accommodation was quite suitable and comfortable for 3. No problem to report!

Very good memories of this short stay in this very well-located rental, making it easy to discover the surroundings. The description in the listing is more than compliant. We really enjoyed staying there. The quality amenities make it feel good. This "quiet little corner" is really aptly named! We were lucky enough to have great weather. Alizée's welcome, very friendly and pleasant. Only problem, maybe complete the address in the listing mentioning the ODALYS residence and the property number. Otherwise we had a great stay on this island where the locals are all charming and quick to tell us the right places.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Very welcoming little house. Spacious rooms and good bedding. The kitchen is well-equipped, tidy and clean. Géraldine is very available. Beaches, and nearby shops. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Great stay at Marie's! I liked the house so much during a previous stay that I went back.

Need we say more about the villa that Marie offers? You can come without a second thought. Everything is spotless. I'm looking for a flaw to reproach him but I couldn't find anything:-) We will return to the island of Oléron, and it will be at Marie's. Thank you Marie for everything

The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.
