Beautiful refurbished cottage. Located in the heart of a 2-hectare park with a pond. Guests will benefit from a heated swimming pool (9 m x 4.5 m) with counter-current swimming. This typical Breton house consists on the ground floor of a 23 m² living room, very bright, facing west, with a sofa, open to a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs you will find two beautiful bedrooms with storage. Pets, dogs are welcome.

Old farmhouse at the end of a dead end lane, on more than1 ha of countryside. Comfortable cottage with mini farm: goat, pig, chickens, goose, pony, donkey and horses, to feed if you want! The charm of a 16th century manor featuring the comfort of the 21st. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea while being 10 minutes walk away from the harbour as well as the pier to all the islands. You will be located in the south wing renovated in 2015. It is fully independent and has its own garden viewing the sea. Everything is ready for welcoming you. Even your beds are done before you arrive!

The house is perfect for couples and families. On foot, in the centre of the village, you will find an excellent bakery for your breakfast, a grocery store, a café and the daily press. It is reserved for tenants and only for them.

NOTE that for the price of this independent room with bathroom , we offer you a kitchenette in the workshop on the ground floor at no extra charge (not very attractive but very convenient: you are self-contained). Access to the studio is via a miller's staircase. the bathroom is separated from the room by a curtain and not a door. Spa at extra cost and subject to availability
