Getting around the city attractions is easy with tram 2, which is a 2-3 minute walk from home. The castle , cathedral and art museum are a 20-25 minute walk away. Close to faculties. Lovely location. I recommend Mathis home. Responsive host. I and my husband were very pleased.

The apartment can be reached conveniently there with public transport and quiet location. In the immediate vicinity are many amenities and there is much to do in Nantes. The apartment is clean, spacious and very comfortable. Communication with Astrid is friendly and efficient. A very successful week.

the best Airbnb I found, it's simple, there was everything we are looking for: quiet location, large apartment with all the people you need( little extra with the balcony veranda), the decoration of the accommodation, the proximity to the sea by car , the meeting with the owner, the value for money ,it comforts me with Airbnb. Of course I recommend the place without a second thought , the proof is that I'll be back.

we have really been in a haven of peace with quality services, a spacious place, very close to the beach, beautiful walks by the sea and small huts on each beach where it is good to sit down to eat or have a drink. jean Paul and Chantal are very nice and accommodating. a great stay with our 8-month-old grandson. recommended+++ we will go back without a problem so much we enjoyed the place. Beautiful villa, modern, well-equipped and functional. Location and exceptional location close to the beach, house not overlooked in a green setting. Very nice accommodation with glass window opening the house on a wonderful exterior. The condition of the house is spotless. Each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom. Bedding and new linen worthy of a hotel. Very professional concierge service, responsive team with neat cleaning service. Looking forward to returning.

We had a great weekend at Thierry's place. The accommodation is clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. Great stay at Anaïse's. Her accommodation is ideally located close to the beach and the city center and on a very quiet street. The kids (and the adults too) loved the many games and sports equipment available in the house.

Very nice house, furnished with great taste, on a quiet street, in a charming and picturesque area, close to friendly places in Nantes. Shops nearby. Sabrina was very responsive to our requests.

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety

We recommend this place 100%: Nicolas is very available and his directions are very clear. It offers a very well appointed and very clean accommodation. The accommodation is ideally located: at the foot of the beach, 500 m from Le Croisic train station and the bike rental company. We did not use our car for our entire stay: we did everything by bike, as the area is very well arranged in bike paths. Walk on the port of Le Croisic, the wild coast, Batz sur mer, St Michel beach, Guénolé tower, mini golf, Le Pouliguen by the wild coast, Pen Bron, ... To be done again! And soon!

Very nice place on the waterfront. The view is superb from the living room while the bedrooms are quiet and have lovely views of the pine forest. The parking space in the garage of the building is a very nice plus. We had a great time

Great location to visit Vannes. 10 min on foot from everything. Old port, restaurants, ramparts and gardens. We really enjoyed the location and the apartment very clean, spacious and pleasant. Parking space is a real plus.
