My place is close to leisure activities (water park, tennis, golf, sailing base...) and public transportation. You'll also love it for the outdoor spaces, the quiet neighborhood and the brightness. The accommodation is perfect for families, couples and business travelers (Wi-Fi, parking).

Excellent SOUTH orientation, perfect for families with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet on the 1st floor and a master suite (composed of 2 bedrooms), bathroom and toilet on the 2nd floor. Ideal for 6/8 people. Air conditioning in all rooms. Renovated in 2015 in a contemporary style, very nice services. 2 large terraces and superb unobstructed views. Cellar for bicycles suitcases, parking, possibility of renting in + the dock in front of marina!

We accept date changes with similar durations up to 1 week before. The kitchen lounge, the dining room, and the 2 bedrooms have a breathtaking view of the sea from the 4th. 1 bedroom with 180° sea view thanks to a bay window overlooking the beach + a bay window overlooking Sète through the dining room. Privacy is preserved at night by a curtain. The rooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. I only rent to visitors with positive reviews. Possibility of concierge, cleaning.
