A great apartment facing the harbor, super well isolated, once closed we listen to nothing. The apartment is as described, well arranged, super clean, a super functional kitchen, everything is well thought out. Great walks to do or by boat to go to CHAUSEY Island. A very nice stay.

Very nice character house with an amazing view. We were 9 adults and we felt like we were at home, we were even able to enjoy the garden for lunch. A few minutes from the beach, the location is ideal. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable. We plan to be back!

Super nice and super clean place,with a beautiful ocean view. Very close to the pleasant city of Granville, ideally located for beautiful walks. Finally, what about our host, Jocelyne is a very nice person, smiling and always ready to do you a favor. Finally ,you can go there without a second thought. We had a lovely quiet stay in a spotless, clean and pleasant house, enjoying everything we needed. The view from the living room is really nice especially at sunrise, we will come back without hesitation. The only downside is the fact of not being able to open the gate to park inside which requires parking further away when the small parking lot in front is filled. A big thank you also to Evelyne who welcomed us with great sympathy. We will be back!

Exceptional stay!! 😍😍😍 The house and the property are even more amazing in real life than in photos even if these are still very attractive already... Hosts are proactive, warm and available while being discreet. The biquettes will undoubtedly appeal to young and old alike. Our next stay is already in preparation and the place is all found. Despite the rain we had a pleasant stay in this rental where the setting was worked with care (furniture, light fixtures and heathered paintings). The children really enjoyed the treehouse and picked up the chestnuts from the large garden. We needed the fires in the fireplace that we especially love in the fall. For the rest, the rental is well located (close to the beach, site visits, rather quiet area).

Independent accommodation, with closed courtyard to park a vehicle and small terrace with table and deckchair. The accommodation is cozy, very recently renovated, very pleasant to stay in, everything is new and perfectly equipped. The place is peaceful, with little road traffic and virtually no noise. Jullouville beach is beautiful, offering the possibility to walk along it on a paved road for several kilometers. It is a short drive from the property. Hosts are welcoming and potentially available if needed. We highly recommend this listing.

LOVED! our stay at Francois house. An historic home that has been tastefully renovated for guests. Francois met us on arrival and showed us around the house and offered suggestions on restaurants and sites. He organized bicycle rental for us to ride to Mont St Michel which was fantastic. Can't recommend Francois house highly enough.
