Delightful! Large, pristine until with a private patio looking out at the ocean. Crystal clear pool and the best walking beach. Maxwell takes pride in communicating and the 100% cotton sheets and towels are of premium quality. I'd say that they're up there with the St. Regis!

We had a wonderful stay at Cul de Sac in March 2025! The hostess sent video instructions on how to find the studio and those were incredibly helpful. The studio is exactly what we needed and the views were incredible. The bed was very comfortable and the setup was perfect for our stay. The location was really ideal. It was a quick, easy drive to Orient Bay and the restaurants there with a grocery store and bakery also very convenient. We found it useful to have a car, but you can easily walk down to the beach and pool and get some taxis if you need to go further. The only downside for this place was the walk up from parking, especially with luggage and groceries, but we managed. Just putting that out there for people with mobility issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay in Sint-Maarten!!! Shanaan is a fantastic host, her instructions are very relevant and clear and she responds very quickly to our questions. The apartment was clean and perfect for our needs. We enjoyed having access to beach chairs, an umbrella, a thermal bag and an icepack for our beach day!! I find that it greatly facilitates the happiness of our journey!. The accommodation is super well located, we had not rented a vehicle and we went to Mullet Beach three days during our stay with a short walk of less than 15 minutes. In addition, we left the airport walking with our suitcases and I confirm that it is doing well (there are not always a sidewalk, but it's easy to manage with a piece of luggage such as a roulette cabin), it's less than 20 minutes walk and it allows you to discover the surroundings when we arrive. I recommend it to everyone, would go back!!
