Stunning property with amazing river views, excellent nearby pub and within walking distance to Truro. Very responsive and helpful host with really clear instructions and a wonderful welcome pack (very generous with the fire wood as well!). Excellent location in terms of getting to some of Cornwall's top tourist sites (half an hour drive to Newquay, Lanhydrock etc). Definitely on our list to revisit. Many thanks Phillip

I stayed in the loft for 6 full weeks while I was working at Royal Cornwall Hospital, which is just a 5 minute walk up the road. Shops and a great gym are also walking distance so it suited me perfectly. It had all the essentials I needed and lots of little extra luxuries to make it even better. The area is great and the big gardens are absolutely gorgeous

We had a great stay. It was a really nice little cottage in a rural location which is just what we were looking for, and dog friendly too. We arrived very late at night after driving down after work and it was a little tricky to find the Google maps link provided took us to the wrong location which was compounded by it being the middle of the night and very dark! The what three words link took us to the right place, and we easily found the lock box and got into the accommodation. Minor thing would be it could be useful to have more condiments, herbs, oil that kind of thing provided as there is not much in terms of shops etc around, but it was advertised as such so this is not a complaint but more a suggestion. There was no proper frying pan but a pancake pan, which was odd and not possible to make scrambled eggs or fry anything on, but again just an observation. All in all a great place and a great stay, a few nice touches would elevate it but it's great value & we would stay again!
