Overview park and market view, shops and cinema a 1 minute walk, beaches and lake a 5 minute walk. Presence of a bicycle storage room, with two men's and women's bikes available. We're doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces and wearing masks when you check in.

This ideally located home offers quick access to the zoo, shops, restaurants. Beach 700 m away. This large 28 m2 studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in a secure residence with elevator, it is fully furnished, all linens are provided and it has a 5 m2 terrace for breakfast in the sun (facing east). For parking you can count on 5 free parking spaces all located within 150 m and 2 bike rooms in the basement for our cycling friends.
