In Royan (5 minutes from the beach and the city center by car) I offer this pretty 110 m2 single-story house, completely tastefully renovated in winter 2022-23, with its beautiful 400 m2 wooded garden not overlooked. The house is spacious, bright and warm. It feels good there. It includes a large living-dining room and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of which is separate. This is a great place to have a great stay in our beautiful city of Royan.

The 120 m2 house on 2 levels can accommodate 8 guests, opens onto a large pine-tree lined property and offers a sea view from the first level terrace. The hot tub can be made available. In a green and rejuvenating setting. Relax in this house in the heart of the Platin district with its private pool secured by an electric roller shutter, pool heated to 28°C from the April school holidays to the All Saints holidays (depending on weather). Located 100 m from the sea (sea view) about 250 meters from Platin Beach, 500 meters from Bureau Beach (main beach of St Palais) and 600 meters from the market and city center or the famous Chez Bob restaurant.
