We had a lovely stay at this atypical cottage. Very nice, quiet, well located. The stove was waiting for us. There was only one thing missing… the sun that would have allowed us to enjoy the outdoors that made us want. Caroline met all of our expectations.

Small haven of peace! Ideal to unwind. Bikes available. Customs trail just steps away from the house. Very nice house and beautiful little garden. All the necessities in the house and quality bedding. The owners welcomed us warmly upon our arrival and came to say goodbye. Great experience.

Very good stay at Fériel's place, it has everything you need to have a good vacation. The garden is peaceful and shaded with shaded corners. The bedding is excellent, we slept very well. We had the chance to have a nice stay, close to the sea. Well equipped and comfortable house, especially with the wood burner for winter evenings:-). And we were able to discover Saint Brevin and some surprises of Saint Nazaire (L 'Espadon...)

We celebrated our mom's 80th birthday at Catherine's and couldn't have hoped for a more beautiful place to get together. An exceptional site where we all fell in love with this magnificent home. We were warmly welcomed and hope to be able to come back for a longer stay to enjoy this site.

Spacious and pleasant accommodation, in a quiet neighborhood. The windows are made of single glazing, so there may be a little bit of noise when the cars pass, and it can be a little cold without the heating.

We had a lovely week! This is an apartment but the direct access via the outside staircase lets us imagine that this is a house. The area is lovely. Because of this, even in rainy weather, if you decide to read or play cards, you don't feel cramped. The interior design and cleanliness are very nice. Compared to our habits to enjoy X de Vie on foot, the accommodation is perfectly located between the pedestrian street and Boisvinet beach. Communication via message with Jean-Denis or the concierge is fast. In short, as we are used to renting in the neighborhood, the family was unanimous, this is where we want to come back 🙂

I lived in Julie's apartment for 4 months during my exchange in Nantes. The apartment is very nice and you will live near tram station and walking distance to everything in Nantes. Arnaud (the concierge) was also very helpful if we had any questions about anything. I can warmly recommend staying here.

I had a lovely stay at Aurélie's apartment which welcomed me warmly with all the necessary information for the smooth running of the stay. The apartment has cocoon style charm, with a good height under the ceiling. It is located in the center, on the most commercial street in Nantes, which is very convenient.

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.
