Monthly Rentals in Salem Heights

Highly recommended for couples or a single to stay here! Isn’t far from the main attractions of Cincinnati and in a very nice area. 10/10 and would stay here again.

The stay was clean, private, and spacious. Jill was very responsive and accommodating. The unit is in the basement and it was a little chilly as we stayed in the winter. Although detailed instructions were provided, we arrived after dark and it was difficult to find the entrance. Be prepared to walk through the front yard to reach the gate, where the unpaved path begins to have some pavers. Overall the stay was great and I would stay again

Thanks Drew. Had a very productive week. The place was as expected and well represented by the pictures. Drew was very responsive during my entire stay, mostly answering within just a few minutes. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely stay again.

One of the nicest & cleanest places that my family has stayed at! The kitchen's fully stocked w/essentials, condiments & extras than your avg Airbnb. It's kid friendly w/children's utensils, plates, bowls, sippy cup & step stool, that our 6 y.o. son happily utilized. The unit looks nicer in person & had everything we needed to make us feel comfy during our stay, which is nice cause I'll forget a few items. (I wish more Airbnbs had the same standards as Shy's.) The cafe below has good food & coffee. Note: On the weekend mornings you can hear the cafe bustling below. There are parking spots behind the bldg & an overflow lot. It's a safe neighborhood & walking distance to a UDF gas station/ convenient store. There isn't a central heating/cooling, so the temp isn't consistent. You'll need to keep the air purifier running at mid speed or you'll notice a musty smell when you return, if it was warmer that day. We def recommend Shy's place & look forward to returning if we're ever in the area!
