This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

A double bedroom and 2 single beds in the living room. Bicycles can be parked in a closed room. The in-house stand up paddle is available to be used. Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.
