The apartment is incredibly cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. It's located in a wonderful and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Rick and Will are extremely attentive, always available, super kind, and very helpful. I lacked nothing during my stay. You also have your own parking space right in front of the door, a private bathroom, and access to the shared pool. There are several shops within easy walking distance, and places like Montery, Old Fisherman’s Wharf, Cannery Row, the Aquarium, Carmel, and Pacific Grove are just a few minutes away by car. The area is also a little bit less affected by coastal fog, and I had plenty of sunshine during my stay, which I really enjoyed. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely recommend it to my friends. I hope to return again soon!

The perfect place to unwind and explore the local sights, everything was spotless and just as described! Kylie was very responsive and left extremely detailed check in instructions. The ability to do laundry at the end of a long trip was a super nice bonus, too!

Everything was perfect I had no problems with anything, I just wished others guest’s cleaned up after them selves but other than that I love the place and it was just 30 minutes away from where I had to be thank you for everything. 🫶🏻

My husband and I decided to take an impromptu roadtrip across the country and wanted to avoid staying at boring hotels every night - that started our journey in finding fun stays with AirBnb and even renting just rooms vs. entire buildings. Truly staying at Esau's home felt so comfortable/cozy - the entire house is homey but then the specific room had everything we needed. This location was close to beautiful views and a short drive to the coast - so many great things to do in Monterey. We also drove down the coast a bit and experience Big Sur and a few state parks. Back to the room - it had everything we needed, was super clean/accurate to the description, and easy to get in and use all the amenities.
