The studio is well placed, enough to go out, eat just a few steps away. Instructions for accessing the home are clear. Attention: access, base front door. Convenient furniture, well laid out studio, comfortable. Very good communication. I recommend it for short stays.

Karen is a lovely person. We received a warm and personalized welcome with clear explanations and recommendations. It is also very flexible in terms of arrival and departure times and all this despite our last-minute reservation. The apartment is in an incredibly beautiful and charming building in a peaceful location with easy parking. It's perfectly arranged and equipped. We were 4 adults and a baby, the area was ideal. Very pleasant stay, clean and functional accommodation, ideal for a small family with 3 young children 🙂 Well located accommodation, it allows very easy access to the center of the Bernerie, shops and beaches. We will come back without hesitation 🙂

excellent stay at Celine and Fabien 's. the house is ideally located on the seafront. very easy to access the beach. the house is comfortable, with all the necessities to cook, we feel that it is an inhabited house with a warm seaside decoration. Accustomed to my region I will be happy to come back.

Ideal base for visiting Saint-Nazaire and its shipyard, along the coast to Le Croisic, or taking a break in Guérande, the apartment offered by Stéphane and Rozenn is very well located. Functional, quiet and tastefully arranged, this accommodation offers all the facilities for those wishing to bask on the nearby beach (of Monsieur Hulot) or discover the Côte d'Amour. A real pleasure to enjoy the terrace and the pretty garden at cocktail hour. Stéphane's availability on arrival and departure should be noted, even though we did not have the pleasure of meeting him.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Pretty clean, well equipped, bur the furniture and equipment was a little old. In winter it was quite and comfortable. Close to the ocean, birds were singing a lot❤️

Perfect studio! Clean , quiet close to the beach it's a real piece of paradise . We had a great stay. The studio is very clean and functional. The bed and bath linen are nice. Looking forward to coming back! Marina was accommodating for our arrival and departure .
