The house was incredibly clean, everything brand new, and every detail was carefully thought out. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were 4 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of space and comfort for all of us. Located in a peaceful area with beautiful mountain views, it offered the perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature. Sofia was extremely kind, warm, and attentive throughout our entire stay, always available for anything we needed. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and useful recommendations provided. Without a doubt, we would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended!

If we could give 6 stars we would. The location is beautiful, full of wonderful nature. Ivana’s apartment felt right at home, had everything you would want in an airbnb and more. We very much enjoyed all the delicacies! Even with public transport its very reachable and Ivana is very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t think twice about booking again.

The lockbox to get your keys is not located where Google maps says for directions. it took a some time to locate where to get the keys. it's in town across from the ferry. near the ice cream shop.

Nunzia's place was great! clean & refurbished house in an amazing surrounding. Due to technical issues we had to postpone our stay and Nunzia allowed us to change dates and that is also highly appreciated!

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

We had an unforgettable stay at Cristina and Mauro's house. As already mentioned several times in the comments, the view from the terrace is breathtaking! What a joy to wake up every morning to this different show every day... And what can I say about this beautiful house, full of charm while remaining functional, we felt right at home. Sensational views over the lake. This lovely detached house has beautiful spacious grounds, securely fenced, and everything in the house you need. Paolo, the host, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back. It was perfect, wish we could give it 6 stars ******.

Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

We stayed in the accommodation for a weekend and were very satisfied. Good location, nice accommodation, very good flexibility and shops very close by. Will definitely be back.

Oliver's apartment is highly recommended! We felt very comfortable😊. Location The location is great! Skiing: the bus stops at the front door and takes 1 minute to the cable cars in Flims. In the afternoon you can still sunbathe on the balcony. 🌞 Facilities Especially the kitchen is really well furnished. No cheap materials have been used. Top appliances, great finishes and comfortable furniture in the apartment. You can see small signs of wear every now and then, but totally ok and so it's much more sustainable💯. The children's room was smaller than expected, but still totally cosy. Additional 🧖🏼‍♀️ The swimming pool and sauna are right in the annex. The use is - once you understand it (everything is explained and the residents of Casa Caglims are super nice and helpful) - pleasant and soothing. You'll also have the sauna to yourself. This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of four at Alessandra's place on Lake Como! The location is fantastic – quiet, surrounded by nature and with a magnificent view of the mountains. The house is perfectly equipped, very clean and we particularly liked the new bathroom. The garden is beautiful and well maintained, with a clean pool, barbecue and a playground for the children. The separate laundry room with washing machine and iron was also very practical. The property consists of a main house and a side house. We rented one residential unit in each of the houses. The second unit in the main house is occasionally used by Alessandra's aunt, who also greeted us very warmly and was available at all times. The contact with Alessandra was also warm and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable here and would be happy to come back. Thank you, Alessandra, for your hospitality!

Fantastic location, only minutes from the train station, lake and ferry services. The apartment was modern, clean and well presented in a secure setting . Restaurants and food shops are all close by so it was easy to eat in or out. Alessandra was easy to communicate with from start to finish. The only fault was that the bed wasn’t the comfiest but that wouldn’t stop us from booking this apartment again.

Beautiful area, fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but a car is advisable because of the location. We enjoyed the time very much, also the SPA area is highly recommended. Communication with our host was also very good. We will be happy to come back!

Great stay at Luciana's. A green setting in the mountains bordering Lake Como. Morning freshness far from the hustle and bustle and heat of the valley. Large accommodation, impeccable cleanliness, everything you need with great little touches. In short, a little slice of heaven suitable for a baby. (High chair, crib, green areas, toys). Seraina's apartment is in the old family-Engadinerhaus, on the first floor with a closed, fen-Austrian veranda. Finely renovated and tastefully equipped for 4 persons. Kitchen well furnished, location in Chamuech with Volg/Beck within walking distance, bus behind the house, Great garden with toys and barbecue area. Sparkling clean and good contact, trouble-free check-in. We would love to stay here again! And don't forget: dogs are welcome- thank you:)
