This coach house is fully furnished, with kitchen supplies, pots, pans, utensils, a coffeemaker, toaster, microwave oven, Roku TV, a spacious work area, a dinette set for two people, and more.

Includes a dining table with seating for 4 and a kitchenette with a full sized stove/oven and refrigerator. Pot, pans, dinnerware are stocked in cabinet for your fresh catch of the day dinner plans. Don’t forget your fishing rods.

This place is a guesthouse located at the outskirts of Harlingen Texas. Very peaceful being it is out of city limits but still very close to restaurants, shopping etc. Just a 4 minute drive. You will have access to the pool and outdoor furniture as well as a charcoal grill. It is also a 45 minute drive to South Padre Island and 35 minute drive to the big city of Mcallen, Tx. and 15 minutes away from the outlets in Mercedes Tx.
