Close to SF, nature, hiking, beaches, bay, excellent restaurants. Convenient location 3 min from 101. One hour from Sonoma & Napa wine country. We have A/C-rare in this area.Backyard shared w/ host and friendly dog. Heads up: some construction in rest of house in 6/25. Prob not very loud or early or late.

This modern Apartment in the hills of San Rafael is a total gem. If the spacious and well equipped modern kitchen doesn't sell you. Then the super comfortable bed will. With its own private and enclosed garden space. This clean and modern airbnb is super comfortable. There are shared access to washing facilities. This is a very quiet neighborhood apartment, but only a 10 minute walk away from downtown San Rafael. 25 minutes from San Francisco and Sonoma too. We do live above.
