Quiet, light, close to beach, shops (take out) on bus route, close to hotel (for eating out) and bottle shop, clean, great helpful host, please note the room has ONE double bed not two singles. ..... I have lockbox for key if no one is around, wifi of course, rooms have a fan

Located in southeastern Melbourne. Brand new house, room rental. Very good value price for rental~ Deluxe double single bed,clean sheets,blankets and pillows. Provided shampoo, conditioner and soap. Here is a bus stop for 8 minutes'walk. Drive 45 minutes to Philip island and Morning hot spa Drive 5 mins to shopping center Drive 20 mins to Frankstone beach (very beautiful view) Drive 5 mins to Royal Botanic Gardens cranbourne
