Great communication, clear instructions. The surrounding was peaceful and very close to the beach. The rooms was surprisingly soundproof and the heating was more than adequate for cold days. The living area was super spacious.

The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

My friend group of 10 and myself absolutely loved out stay at this place. The house was everything we wished for and more. It was in such a fantastic location within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, beach, etc) and the house itself was incredible. So much to do inside with lots of options including pool table, table tennis, basketball, swing set, xbox and more. I would definitely recommend this stay.

This really did feel like a home away from home. Everything you could ask for is here. The surrounds are so peaceful and quiet. I had a BBQ and a beach walk with friends on the Saturday and the patio was an amazing area to sit out on and look at the water. Differently will be returning! Very friendly people. House was well equipted. pingpong table, several parking areas, clean and warm swimming pool, toys for kids, kitchen with almost al necessary things, BBQ, ... Also the location is great.Silent, 2 min walk to beach. 10 min walk to restaurants and shopping center. I think it had the best location in phillip island. Many thanks to them:)

I appreciate being able to have our stay here in Nikki’s home, I feel it was value for money and Nikki was very accomodating and communicated well. I myself as an adult appreciated the soccer net and balls as a nice little addition I wasn’t aware of. I’d stay here again.

We were so pleased to have stayed in this very spacious apartment. The photos dont do it justice. A magic view of the bay from the balcony. A fabulous location making it an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, the foreshore and supermarkets.

The owner was friendly and kind and warmly added a bunch of welcome snacks and drinks.The room was taken care of as new, furnished with great chic, and a very satisfying experience.

This was my second time of booking Elle & Andrew’s house, the first time was with my family , and this time was with a small group of girlfriends. The house was perfect for both occasions. The house was spotlessly clean , spacious & the pool & spa were again a highlight. Everything was there we could possibly need , so we could relax & enjoy the weekend. Elle & Andrew were sensational hosts, very responsive & nothing was too much trouble . All my friends thought the house was simply amazing & can’t wait to go back . Thanks for having us .

What a lovely spot. Calm and quiet with amazing ocean views. Lots of good cafes and restaurants at your doorstep.

Our little family had a wonderful time staying at Steve and Renee’s beach house. The house is located close to the beach so much so that we walked down each other day. The kids loved the large outdoor space in particular the swing set. We would highly recommend staying!

We had a great stay at Daniela’s place. It was so well set up for families with plenty of space, and the toys and games were a hit. Daniela was a responsive and helpful host.

We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

We loved our stay at smiths beach. We were down for a funeral and the house was a homely, friendly place to retire to at the end of the day…. oozing retro beach house charm that I hope never gets updated! I could hear the waves at night and slept extremely well.

Darren's place was exactly like the pictures, it was such a great place in a great location, it was clean and he provided loads of towels and bedding and I couldn't recommend Darren's place enough!

Our family absolutely loved our time together at the Waterfront House to celebrate my 60 th birthday. The house caters for everyone. With a huge selection of games , billiards , table tennis etc etc . The grandkids loved all the activities , as did the adults ! Not to mention the Stunning location , right on the beach . Glorious sunsets and wildlife to greet us . The house had everything we needed! A bonus for sure is that each room has an ensuite !! We loved to congregate upstairs all together . Plenty of room for us all . We enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and the surrounds , with the Autumn sun streaming through all the large windows . Thanks from our family .
