NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage and no stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Front load Samsung washer and dryer. There are 2 queen beds and a futon bed. There is also a large couch which is more comfortable than the futon bed. 2 miles from Dunwoody Village, 3 miles from Mercedes Benz Headquarters. Very close to Dunwoody Country Club. 3 miles from Perimeter Mall.
