In the immediate vicinity there are numerous lakes & thermal baths that invite you to swim, Kaiserstuhl and the Black Forest for hiking & cycling (very good network of bike paths!). Start your hikes right outside the door on the Westweg, or mountain bike tour through the Black Forest. Take the S-Bahn (8 min by car) in 30min. To Basel, France is 45 minutes away, Freiburg an hour. Feldberg, 45 minutes. The Schweigmatt swimming pool is a club pool. You can buy it for 20 euros for 4 uses.

Welcome to Albtal Menzenschwand! Here you can hike, swim, ski, enjoy stars, visit World Heritage Sites or make campfires and relax in the award-winning Revitalbad. The Rehbachhaus is surrounded by the slopes of the Southern Black Forest Nature Park on the edge of a small village below the Feldberg. Stylishly renovated, it overlooks meadows and mountains. The typical Black Forest house from 1831 was lovingly renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, which is accessible, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The large living/cooking/dining area with its clay-plastered walls and solid wood fixtures is at the center of the house. In the historic attic there is a large and two small bedrooms. There is also a cozy bathroom in the attic. A stream ripples past in front of the playground in the garden. Tourist tax not included!

Our new apartment_13 in St. Peter is the ideal base for relaxing days in the Black Forest. The climatic health resort of St. Peter charges a tourist tax, which is added to the offer price. Tourist tax for adults is €1.90 per person/day. Children 6 years and older are charged €1.00 per person/day. In return, you will receive the KONUS card. With the KONUS card you can use public transport (bus and train) in the Black Forest free of charge! 😀
