Apartment vacation rentals in Sant Joan d'Alacant

Myself, husband and 7 year old son had a great stay here. We were met by Patricia to check in and shown around. Always responsive on communication. Two minute walk to the beach- great location. Only issue was loud roadworks outside but obviously not the hosts fault. The apartment had a lovely homely feel to it. Highly recommend for a stay in El Campello.

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach condo! The unit was gorgeous, super clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the balcony and view of the Mediterranean Sea. The bedroom was very comfortable with blackout curtains to help you catch up on sleep at any time of day. Our hosts were very communicative and easy to reach. We also loved being so close to the Tram station with trains that came every 15 minutes. This is a very walkable area and also so easy to get into Alicante as well! We can't recommend this place enough!

Stefan was easy and great to communicate with and the house was like the description. It was good proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants!

To say, more than satisfied with the accommodation. Comfortable place, close to everything and at the same time quiet. The host a 10, a total genius. The photos of the place do not show how beautiful and comfortable it is. I definitely recommend it 1000%. I'll be back

Clean modern apartment. We especially liked the large balcony. The shower is also very pleasant. The handover with Barbara was very straightforward. The necessary utensils were available in the kitchen.

Stayed here for 10 nights. The apartment is located to the side of the driving range. The views are very nice of the course and surrounding area. We really enjoyed using the jacuzzi plus sitting in the sunny conservatory in the evenings. I would recommend this apartment to golfers or holiday makers - only 10 mins walking to bars / restaurants. The apartment was clean and checking in was very easy. We are hoping to return shortly. Best regards Russ

everything perfect. apartment in a quiet area with everything you need to spend a few days. the beach just crossing the street. the pool saves you when there is red flag if you have children. and the garage is also a great addition.

Beautifully presented property with extremely accomodating hosts considering unforeseen circumstances of our own, resulting in the hosts needing to stay awake until 2am to check us in. Very good communication and made us feel very welcome! Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

Thank you for the opportunity to spend a few nights at this wonderful place to stay. Not only is it nice but exceptionally well equipped as if we were at home. A sense of security is the private parking in the underground garage. If I wanted to, I couldn't believe anything, everything was great! The terrace and hot tub are perfect! A car is absolutely necessary to move around comfortably. I hope to be back as soon as possible ☺️

This is an amazing apartment right in the centre of Alicante. Extremely central and close to everything you would want, with amazing views over the marina, but still quiet in the evenings which is important. The building has so much character and such a lovely place to stay. The apartment is very well decorated with quality furniture and fixtures throughout. And so spacious - we felt completely at home and didn't want to leave. Olivier was very helpful with checking in and was everything we want from a host. If I could have given it more stars I would have! And if we come back to Alicante this apartment will be top of our list of places to stay. If you're considering this apartment then I can definitely recommend it.

I can definitely recommend Max and his apartment. Great communication, always responds, willing to help, and you can also count on recommendations of places! The apartment is beautiful, modern, mega clean. You can feel very comfortable, and on sunny days you can spend the whole day on the amazing terrace! One of the best places I have ever visited! I definitely recommend it

Eva's apartment was perfectly located in Alicante Town Square. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and many, many bars and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay including beautiful, fresh oranges from Eva's garden which were perfect for breakfast. Eva was there to welcome us and it was a delight to meet her. I look forward to returning to Alicante and hopefully staying in Eva's apartment!

Well described apartment. Clean and spacious. Bedding was nice and clean and beds very comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom pristine. Local bars and restaurants walkable. The old town is only 15 minutes away. If it had WiFi it would absolutely amazing but many bars and restaurants surrounding it have WiFi so we didn’t see it as a problem. Great communication and were patient when we were leaving.

We had a great week at this great place! Everything was in line with the photos: clean, well decorated, with an absolutely beautiful sea view. The pool is amazing, a real plus to relax. The host's welcome was very warm, we felt welcome from the first moment. Thanks again for this great stay, we'll be back with pleasure!

Wilfried's place is in a great location - the beach is right next door, and there is a heated pool on the compound. The apartment is very spacious, with a lovely, huge terrace.

Lovely residence in a beautiful setting

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

We had a pleasant stay. Well-equipped, clean and as described. Host available, responsive and, above all, very flexible. The house is conveniently located. Perfect for a weekend with friends Thanks!

We stayed for 6 days, after reading reviewing we booked a car hire as the area has got lots of lovely places to visit but you do need a car. Lots of Supermarkets and shops within 6 mins drive from the apartment. We went to the Zoo with the little one which was amazing only 8 mins drive, and we also went to the waterfall and castel de Guadalest which was awesome days out, both around 25-30 mins drive … we used lovely hot tub was fantastic too with the views of the Benidorm skyline. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, we cooked most nights and there was everything you needed for that. We also went to play on playground nearby and used indoor swimming pool twice .. but also had veuuagifuo swimming pool for the summer time outside (April was cold still) Overall 5/5 stars would recommend. Just need a car to enjoy the area.

Very nice and very clean room, romantic and modern atmosphere, very comfortable mattress and really spacious jacuzzi with air and water hydromassage. Pedro was very kind and super helpful, he gave us very precise and detailed information about the check-in and operation of everything and met us with every need. Thank you very much Pedro, everything was perfect and we hope to visit you again soon!
