The stay was just amazing! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. All contacts were very friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Clear recommendation!

We were met by the brother Kris. A very kind man who can speak English well. He won't bother you at all but is always there when you need him. What stands out for me is the area and the swimming pool. The pool is very big and had a nice temperature. The airconditioning is very advanced not those old fashioned ones. Every room has his own ac. The beach is very close by. +-12mins. and you will find yourself at a beautiful beach. Benidorm is also close by and I strongly recommend going there. We did our groceries there at Lidl. It also has a nice mall. All with all a perfect location which is very quiet and peaceful and at the same time it has everything you need close by. I thank the host and her brother sincerly for a nice stay.

Fantastic villa in a delightful golf village. The villa was exactly as the photos show, very modern and clean with everything we needed for a relaxing week in February. Alain was definitely a super host, greeting us personally and showing us around and checking in with us to make sure that everything was ok. Highly recommend and would stay again in the future.

we had a lovely stay here, the villa was clean and spacious and we never felt all on top of each other (7 adults & a baby). plenty of seating areas and the kitchen was well equipped. thank you for a lovely stay!

The villa was perfect for my wellness retreat , private yet still able to enjoy the local town & beaches The outdoor space was perfect for our activities and the outdoor kitchen was fantastic for the majority of all our cooking needs

We were a family of ten covering four generations. The two youngest spent most of the time in the pool which was cleaned and checked during our stay. Plenty of floats and rubber rings etc in the shed for them. Loved the evening barbecues under cover outside on the patio. Large property with plenty of room for everyone. Could not get a taxi but some of our group caught the local bus to go to one of the water parks. Used the tennis courts next door which local people and tourists used throughout the day [ no booking required when we were there and they looked unfinished ] Cycled to the two lakes slightly inland although it was very hot and there are some long hills to get there and back so care is needed. The pink salt lake is worth a visit and I loved the red squirrels at laguna salada de la mata. See them near the entrance where there is a shaded tree area with a water tap. They may approach you begging for food although you are not meant to feed them. We had a great week !

Joana is a wonderful host! She always put our needs and convenience first and that made our stay feel like home away from home. She’s very responsive, respectful and has such a sweetheart. When we had an issue at night(it was around 10pm), her husband came right after we addressed the issue and fixed things. The villa is huge enough to fit 11 people. 4 bathrooms are perfect for the big group and everyone enjoyed the bed and all the appliances available in the kitchen. Also, BBQ pit was AMAZING! The best time during the stay was when we cook dinner over fire together and sit and talk around the fire after dinner. It was really memorable. We had a 20months old toddler and he also enjoyed the villa very much. Joana prepared for a high chair, a cot and there were also a pool tube for baby and sand toys! The host is also very considerate when it comes to safety for little children. There were baby gates for stairs too. We will definitely come back. I can’t recommend this place enough.

really nice place to stay, it was the perfect location for us, 1 min walk to the sea which is amazing. Everything was great and the hosts helped us out whenever we needed something. Would recommend! Thank you both! :)

We spent a long weekend with 11 friends on Evelyn's stay. We arrived late on Thursday night, Evelyn was waiting for us and even offered to get groceries. Fantastically arranged. The space was much larger than the photos showed. The beds were all single and not very large, which was not bad for these few days but for longer stays I can imagine that it is less comfortable. The beach with restaurants was within walking distance and taxis are in front of the door within 20 minutes to take you to Alicante. Make sure that it is quiet at the end of the day because the surroundings reverberate enormously so local residents can enjoy the coziness of this accommodation. Finally, this place is highly recommended.

The treatment was exceptional from start to finish and the house was exactly what we were looking for. They gave us ease both at the entrance and at the exit, leaving us a lot of flexibility (which is very much appreciated). We would repeat without a doubt.

Silvia was an absolutely phenomenal host! She was so responsive and went above and beyond on any of our queries on the lead up to our stay and during our stay also. The villa was stunning and very clean, exactly as pictured and the pool was bigger than expected. The villa was extremely family friendly (we were a party with kids and babies) and everything was set up as discussed ahead of time (baby cots, highchairs and baby bath). The villa had all the amenities you would need and more! We did 3 BBQ's whilst there. The beautiful Mucha Vista beach is very close about a 10 minute walk. A Mercadona supermarket is also about 10 minute walk which had everything we needed though we did get a taxi to a Carrefour once. Silvia also helped us to make reservations at restaurants as our party was quite big! We would 100% recommend this villa and Silvia as our host!

Had a great stay at clara's villa. Friendly host, always and flexibly. Villa is also very well located with multiple attractions nearby. 5 min away shopping center 10 min distance from benidorm. 5 min away terra mitica 30 min. alicante.

Very nice and functional villa, large private pool with several relaxation areas and meals, nice garden in a quiet area close to golf. Well air-conditioned villa appreciated especially in these high temperatures. Very responsive host. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Benko is a very helpful, pleasant and responsive host. Everything was very clear for our arrival. The villa is very pleasant to live in. There were 10 of us as a family and everything was perfectly functional. The bedding is clean and cozy. Exteriors are great. The young people enjoyed the foosball available. The sauna was very nice too. I highly recommend for a stay, holidays with family or friends. Thanks again to Benko for his kindness and hospitality.

House highly recommended in all aspects, size, comfort, it has everything you need to spend your stay without having to take anything, location 10 minutes from the beach by car, the hostess is very kind and always attentive to everything, among other things she was able to deliver the house earlier than scheduled, and check-out at the agreed time. Lovely house in a good location on vistabella golf, really good amenities around the house, nice and spacious for a family holiday. Location is good but do have to drive to other areas.

We stayed as a group to play golf locally. Location is good next to Alicante golf course but also central for other courses with good road access. It is close to the tram for the short trip into Alicante. The house is very well equipped, well provisioned and very clean. We had an extremely enjoyable stay with no complaints and would have no hesitation in staying again. Estefania was very helpful and friendly. Despite our flight being late arriving she was extremely understanding.

From our initial booking to the time we were at the property, Pascal was quick to respond and very helpful. Also the local concierge sorted a few initial issues promptly. Great location for local amenities and a 15 minute drive to the local beach. Highly recommended and we are very likely to return next year!
