Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

The village is exactly as photographed, Bàrbara ensures that sufficient toiletries, bedding and towels are left to meet stay demand, she is responsive and extremely helpful. We are returning to Sunshine Villa in May and have just booked for 2026, an amazing Villa, lovely host, thank you for your care and attention during our stay.

We had a beautiful stay at this villa. A truly perfect family holiday with so many memories made here. The location is 10/10 just a few mim walk to the main Quesada town, lots of restaurants and shops. The villa is on a huge plot with a large size pool and lovely social seating areas. The villa itself is immaculately clean with all the items and condiments you need. Service from host was excellent and we will definitely return next year - thank you 😃

Our family had a great time in this amazing villa! Check-in was easy with Sergio meeting us there and showing us around. He was also very helpful and responsive with anything we wanted to ask during our stay. The villa was very clean and luxurious with comfortable beds. Bedding and towels provided and lovely furniture throughout the whole building. Plenty of comfy seating outdoors too. The street and neighbourhood were very quiet and the views from the villa towards the mountains were incredible! The pool is massive and being heated was so nice to use. We had an issue with the heater but it was sorted out quickly. The villa had heaters/AC which was great just to take the chill off the evenings. The smart TV was useful with apps providing plenty of choice for our family to watch TV when we were chilling out. Perfectly located as it's close to restaurants, supermarkets, parks, shops etc but out the way enough to feel tranquil. We really hope to be back soon as it's an incredible place!

We came here, 3 generations to celebrate a birthday. Perfect house with plenty of room, a big nice outdoor-area for the oldest to socialise with a glass of wine while the youngest enjoyed the heated pool (and sauna). Grocery store not very far away, but we also discovered the Glovo-app which we used several times, both for take-away dinner and bread-delivery in the mornings. Taxi was easy to get , once we learned how to from the host :) Would definately recomend this house for families!

We had an amazing time at Frederic's villa. The villa is brand new, incredibly spacious and comfortable, including the beds and bed linen, with an excellent kitchen and lounge area near the pool. It's conveniently located if you have a car; there's a large organic grocery store just five minutes away and a Carrefour Planet nearby. Communicating with Frederic and Jorge was a pleasure, and everything was excellent.

We had a spectacular weekend at Carlos's house. I went with a group of friends and we stayed all weekend inside the house. Enjoying the pool, cooking and desktops in the table. The house is spacious and has several environments to share in a group. We'll definitely repeat it. it's beautiful.

Pristine, super clean villa, very well stocked with plenty of crockery, cooking utensils and appliances. Staple grocery items (salt, pepper, herbs, spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar etc) very useful, 10ltr of bottle water and extra appliance such as coffee maker (with capsules). kettle etc were wonderful. The roof top solarium was a real bonus and vital as we visited in October and there was no sun on the pool all day. The only issue we had was that the internet was not working when we arrived but Natalia and Oleg were very responsive and fixed it the next morning. Beds were too hard for our taste. Good internet connectivity and we were able to log on to Netflix and Amazon accounts for TV. Great location for 5min drive to supermarkets and restaurants. There's quite a lot of building projects in the area but not too noisy.

We stayed in Monique's apartment for 9 days, 4 adults and 3 children. Although in two family groups we shared only one apartment, the availability of beds and the two bathrooms still protected privacy. The kitchen has all the dishes you can serve, even a dishwasher and especially in the house there was a washing machine. At the entrance of the house there is a well-decorated garden, on the first floor kitchen, table, sofa and a bathroom, on the mezzanine floor a room with 4 beds and on the upper floor two double rooms and another bathroom, on top of a terrace. Monique Elda was immediately accurate and available, she provided us with detailed directions to find the apartment and upon our arrival, despite a two-hour delay due to problems at the airport, she waited for us without complaints. The house's location is great for visiting towns and cities nearby, 15 minutes by car from Alicante (beautiful and I recommend visiting), beautiful beach near the house.

Lovely accommodation and decor really recommend!

We stayed at Nacho’s place for a month as we wanted to explore the area south of Alicante all the way down to La Manga and everything in between. The house is very convenient to the airport and located in a friendly neighborhood with lots of restaurants and amenities close by. Beautiful beaches are within a 20-25 min walk but just 5 min drive. There is a beautiful nature park close by called Clot de Galvany ideal for peaceful walks and picnics. The house is very comfortable with all mod cons including lots of space, comfortable beds and reliable fast wifi/internet. There is a small private front garden with comfortable seating and a useful rear yard with bbq. The hosts were always responsive to queries and keen to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Nachos place.

Lovely stay as always. Always fast response if there is any issue. Amazing value for family’s as there is so much in the area. Will come again.

beautiful house with a very nice heated pool, each bedroom has its own bathroom and the house is easily liveable with 6 people. There is a small shopping centre nearby so it is easy to get groceries and other necessities. We do recommend hiring a car to visit a lot of the nearby cities and villages. overall we loved our stay and would certainly recommend this house

We had a great stay. Walking distance to the beach and tram. We've stayed in the area before so knew our way around. We enjoyed being able to walk along the promenade into to El Campello and the tram into Alicante and Benidorm. The appartment worked well for our family. The weather was sunny over New Year. It was a shane that the pool was too cold for us to use at this time of year but can see it would be great for the summer. Javier and Nathalie were very helpful and met us on arrival. We are looking at booking again. We used the small supermarket by the beach and the supermcardo about 20min walk.

Gianluca was really quick and responsive. He was more than happy to help with any queries ☺️, enjoyed our time here.

We had a great stay at Rein & Jennifer's place. The property was as described in the listing and very suitable for a family with plenty of towels/bedding/toys/books and cot/high chair. The various terraces and barbecue area were super comfortable with lots of cushions and great for alfresco eating/drinking. The pool area was safe for children and clean. There is a well-stocked shop, restaurants and tram stop within walking distance though there are a few small inclines. We would recommend this property.

Olivier was very very friendly, attentive and really accommodating. Available at any time, uncomplicated communication and small gestures that were gratifying. Upon arrival, the expectations raised by the pictures were even exceeded! The view when entering the house through the terrace door directly on the pool and the sea were unique! A car on site offers the necessary flexibility and is definitely recommended, then you can reach everything effortlessly and easily (restaurants, supermarkets, beach, etc.). We would come back anytime and can only recommend Olivier as a host!

Gintare was a wonderful host with a beautiful home! She was so helpful in anything we needed and occasionally brought platters of fruit and sweets for the children. We never felt like we needed to be quiet and we felt like we had the whole Place to ourselves. Thankyou for letting us stay, it is definitely a holiday I will never forget. The girls adored the holiday and loved the pool And surroundings including the swing. We can’t wait to visit again.

We stayed here in early October for a week. We had a great time, quiet area. Clean and nice accommodation and fantastic with the pool that we used a lot. Nice also with a rooftop terrace where you could see sunsets and a fireworks from the neighboring village which was two of the evenings we were there. Walking distance to both grocery store and several restaurants and bars. Our favorite restaurants during the week became Mullberrys and The Grill house. It was also easy to connect with the hosts as a response quickly if you had questions or wanted tips about the surroundings. We experienced the beds as a little too hard, but this is something that is very individual. But as I said, we had a great stay at this house.

Amazing place with a nice decor. 5 minutes drive from the beach and shops are nearby. Communication with the host is fast and friendly. Thanks for having me!

This beautiful seaside home was perfect for our family of 7. The home was well cared for and Marina, our host, was both friendly and excellent with communication and meeting our needs. She helped us out immediately on the one morning when the electricity went out and she had someone over to restore it all within 5 minutes. Our family used the back and front patios often, including the pool and the ping-pong table. I highly recommend this home. We had a delightful stay and we hope to return next year!
