Wilfried's place is in a great location - the beach is right next door, and there is a heated pool on the compound. The apartment is very spacious, with a lovely, huge terrace.

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

Very good stay! The air conditioning worked in every bedroom and the kitchen was well-equipped. The pool was clean and the tennis court was free to use. Oscar who gave us the keys was friendly and the business with him went well despite the language barrier. Highly recommended! We had a great vacation thanks!

The super friendly host the house has more than you need , we were staying 6 adults and two children and you have more than enough space, quiet area supermarkets nearby. Ideal for rest we will repeat!

We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s a beautiful apartment with amazing sea views. It’s close to the beach, and also has a tram stop very close by. Alicante is only a few stops away. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We would highly recommend.

The perfect apartment for a family of 3, well-maintained with great cleanliness. Very well-equipped, including a washing machine, ironing board, iron, sun loungers and beach towels, sand toys, ball, etc. Feel at home. Linens, scented towels. Quiet location, lots of free parking spaces. Nearby grocery stores, restaurants, gas station. Very easy way to communicate with the host, caring about their customers. We felt very cared for. This was one of the most beautiful properties i've stayed in. We felt at home straight away. Everything felt perfect and comfortable. The rooms were all great size with amazing Italian decor. The furniture is amazing and high quality. Each room has its own balcony with the most amazing view of the Mediterranean sea. Each balcony is a big enough for you to enjoy. Hearing the sound of the ocean morning and night was such a unique experience. Everything is so well thought out in the property, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom has all the amenities you need. There is a lift in the property which is so handy. The garage is great with everything from beach chairs and towels for you to go down to the beach or to the swimming pool. The best thing about this property was the Host Pepa and her family. They were always helpful and nothing was too much for them. They made us feel like family. We can not wait to go back. If you get the opportunity to stay here please do.

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. I have just spent the best 9 days at this apartment. It was so peaceful, beautiful views every morning and evening, right across from the beach. Handy to get to Alicante and other areas, supermarket close by for essentials. Will be returning.

Extremely nice house, with a view of the golf course , very quiet , pool cleaned by a person in mid-stay , pleasantly surprised!

The house is very nice. We were there with our three small children and we all enjoyed it very much. We especially liked the large outdoor area and the large pool. The location is also very convenient. You can walk to several supermarkets and restaurants and you can quickly reach Alicante, Santa Pola and Elche by car.

Our group arrived in two small groups. we were met at the property and a pinned map was available for taxis. Kevin was amazing at sorting our taxi requirements throughout our easter stay

Very warm house, the host is very attentive and equipped with all the daily needs, there are things that may be used to go to the sea, besides the network is a little unstable, everything is very nice, the host is patient and friendly, the response is very timely, let us leave a good memory in Alicante

Beautiful apartment, with a homely feel. Views and the 2 balcony areas fantastic, can get the sun one side and watch the brilliant sunset. Extremely well equipped kitchen, bonus to have an oven, small kitchen but not a problem as very practical. Good living space, bright bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with both a bath and shower. Pressure as advised was ok, but found the single shower had better pressure than the over bath one. Bath takes far too long to run, so only used it once for grand child who then had showers. We went oct 20-28th. Weather was mostly good, so beach and sea most days, we did go in the pool, but it was rather cold as not heated. I am ok with cold water, but wouldnt suit most. As there is no wifi a manual with basic info about the area, supermarkets, trams etc would have been useful. We felt very comfortable in this residential area, private gated parking a bonus. Trams approx 8 min walk away, regular & on time.neighbours are very friendly, a lovely winter break

Stefanos place was perfect, absolutely amazing really really good. Very clean and very good hosts. had a very good time with the family! Will look to stay again I'm sure.
