Vacation rentals with a patio in Santo António das Areias

This location is perfect if you want to drive and spend a few days exploring the Alentejo. Multiple towns are nearby. Evora is a great all day trip, including the megaliths outside of town, and you get to leave all the guided groups behind. Elvas is a wonderful town very near the border with Spain. Villa Real is a gem. Arraiolos is known for weaving rugs. Evoramonte is close by and has terrific views. All of these towns are hilltop towns with castles. The regional wine is terrific, the cork industry is fascinating, the olives, oranges, and lemons, are great, and you are in the middle of the area of marble quarrying. The towns are predominantly full of white buildings with mustard or blue trim and lot and lots of marble. Fica’s place is comfortable, quiet, and has restaurants, bakeries, drugstores, and small shops just steps away.

Wenn ihr mal in der Nähe seit, schaut gerne vorbei, es ist wirklich mal etwas anderes! Nette Gassen, mit kleinen Läden, ein wenig Favela vibes! Aber echt nett! Ficámos na “muralha”. É uma casa pequena mas espetacular, dentro de uma das zona mais pacatas e recatadas do castelo. Tem um pátio murado, o que para nós era uma mais valia já que levávamos também o nosso patudo. Aliás, ALs que aceitam animais são sempre de parabenizar pois pecam pela escassez. A casa fica numa zona onde é complicado ir de carro (apesar de ser possível mas as ruas são demasiado estreitas) e o Sr Luís foi muito prestável a levar-nos (a nós, às malas e ao nosso cão) até à casa no check in, o que foi uma grande ajuda. Mesmo assim o acesso à pé é rápido. Recomendamos.

Luis was very helpful. directions for self check-in were extensive but clear and Luis called to ensure we understood. location is across the river from main area but that worked for us as a bit quieter and still an easy walk or Uber. parking on site a great advantage. apartment is as expected. fresh apples a nice touch as well as some coffee pods. would not hesitate to recommend.

A Liliana é atenciosa e me tirou todas as dúvidas, nos deixou muitas frutas e também produtos de limpeza . A casa é grande e muito bem equipada, tinha tudo para cozinhar, e passar 5 dias tranquilos. Há aquecimento nos quartos e lareira na cozinha e também na cave. A casa está equipada com jogos, loiça, máquinas, utensílios, absolutamente tudo. A redondeza é muito calma, a vista é linda. Mas não há nada para fazer em Pera, em Castanheira de pera já há algum comercio. É mesmo uma casa para ir descansar, fazer caminhadas e se isolar .

Ghanim was, together with Vera, an excellent host. Very friendly, helpful and seemed to be always on call for our questions. We had some trouble finding the location (due to Google Maps not selecting the right area, Apple Maps worked fine) and Ghanim was very helpful by sending us waypoints and screenshots of the road we had to take. Also the check-in and check-out were very flexible. The location itself is huge, beautiful, nicely decorated and all the amenities are present - from linen to appliances and fresh lemons from the tree in the garden. Morning coffees in the greenhouse were part of our main routine. Can and will absolutely recommend 🙏

Sentimo-nos em casa, é um espaço muito agradável para estar com família ou amigos. Cozinha bem equipa, churrasco, mesa no alpendre para refeições de verão, espaço da piscina muito bom. Fomos muito bem recebidos e tudo correspondeu às nossas expectativas.

This was a really cute and nice place. It was as showed in the pictures, even a pooltable! The house is clean with a cozy fire place we used a lot because it was winter. The garden very beautiful and big. Though the outside area and pool is shared with another place on the same property, which was no problem for us but might should be taken into account. The surroundings are stunning, perfect for some peaceful time in nature.

We absolutely loved Oliver and Arran’s Airbnb! The terrace and the view are stunning, and the house itself is beautiful. Stargazing from the hot tub was an absolute dream. Oliver and Arran are wonderful hosts — warm, welcoming, and helpful. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

A casa era muito agradável e exatamente igual as fotografias. Quartos com espaço e camas confortáveis. A cozinha estava equipada com todos os electrodomésticos necessários, incluindo chaleira, máquina de café expresso e máquina de lavar louça. O espaço exterior muito agradável para o verão!

Pete and Linda are the best hosts we've ever had on Airbnb. They both went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable, from local restaurant recommendations to pool toys and everything in-between. Our daughter had an amazing holiday! The house itself is charming, with tonnes of space and everything you could need. The pool is fantastic and well kept. The local area is remote and beautiful with gorgeous countryside everywhere and some charming river beaches. I managed a run down from the house to the beach and back a couple of times but it's pretty hilly. In short, we couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks

A casa é espetacular! Muito bem cuidada e decorada! Muito limpinha. As divisões são muito grandes! O quarto tinha um aquecedor e armário! O estacionamento é fácil e é fácil encontrar a casa também. A anfitriã foi impecável, foi muito simpática e respondia muito rápido! Tivemos de alterar a reserva e ficar menos uma noite, durante o período permitido, e aceitou rapidamente. Só ficámos uma noite, mas gostámos muito da estadia! Super recomendamos!
