El terreno tiene 2 casas, una grande principal muy amplia (4 piezas) y otra casa más pequeña (con 3 piezas). Cada una con cocina y comedor. Comparten un gran jardín, áreas verdes y piscina grande en común. Caben 15 a 16 personas durmiendo cómodamente. La casa es antigua pero bien conservada y excelente ubicación.
