Immersed in the Agrigento countryside, a stone's throw from the sea and the birthplace of Luigi Pirandello. The "Città dei Templi" Shopping Center can also be reached on foot. Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples are a 5-minute drive away. Private parking.

Casa situata nel cuore del Centro Storico di Cefalù, a 200 mt dal mare e 200 mt da Piazza Duomo. Appartamento completamente indipendente, è dotato di un ampio cortile interno e di una zona relax con vasca idromassaggio e bagno turco. L'interno è composto da un soggiorno, un angolo cottura, un bagno e al piano superiore la stanza da letto, il tutto arredato scrupolosamente con grande cura e dotato di ogni comfort. Interamente ristrutturata , seguendo un restauro conservativo anche nel recupero di arredi ed elementi di barche dismesse, utilizzati in maniera funzionale all’interno della casa. Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede dal vecchio portone che veniva aperto per tirare a secco le piccole imbarcazioni.Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un living con divano letto , cucina, bagno e spazio esterno.

Mortillina is a 40sm house, with a king size bed bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom. It is built on a suspended terrace with a stunning view on the valley, the mountains and on the background Raffadali village. Moreover the guests have free access to the main house pool few mt from Mortillina. The pool is shared with the guests of the main house (max 8 people).
