Vacation rentals with beach access in Sardinia

Séjour agréable, la mer est vraiment à proximité. Les resto à côté sont très corrects. L' appartement est agréable avec possibilité de manger sur la terrasse. Très proche de Castelsardo.

L’apprtamento è a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia di S.Giovanni, paesino piccolo e tranquillo, ideale come base per esplorare le spiagge da S.Teodoro al golfo di Orosei. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’appartamento è semplice, pulito, funzionale e con tutti i comfort per una bella settimana di mare. Posto auto nel cortile (ma anche tanto spazio sulla strada). Massimo è stato molto disponibile per check in e consigli sulla zona.

Die Unterkunft, ist schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Der Balkon ist charmant und man ht den direkten Blick auf das Meer und man hört schön das Rauschen der Wellen.

The place is really nice, very clean, terrace is amazing :) we had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, we parked on the street and there was no problem to find parking spot anytime, we could use the bikes. we really enjoyed our stay :)

Logement, emplacement et hôtes idéals si vous venez au Golfo Aranci. Nous avons séjourné avec nos deux filles de 2 et 4 ans et tout était parfait. Viviana était toujours disponible et les échanges agréables. Vous avez la plage a 1 minutes à pied, cela donne un endroit privé avec beaucoup d'activités sans avoir à se déplacer en voiture. Tout était proche nous avons passé un séjour joyeux et très reposant.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt! Das liegt vor allem an der wundervollen Lage. Zum Strand geht es nur eine Treppe herunter (wobei man die Auswahl zwischen mehreren hat) und die Lage am Capo Testa ist einzigartig, denn man kann zu Fuß atemberaubende und zum Teil einsame Buchten erreichen. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist ziemlich einfach aber es hat uns trotzdem an nichts gefehlt. Zur Wohnung gehört kein eigener Balkon aber im Garten gibt es eine Terrasse, die wir oft genutzt haben. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage und die Temperatur dort war angenehm. Was man jedoch wissen muss ist, dass es im Wohnbereich keine Klimaanlage gibt und tagsüber ziemlich warm werden kann. Die Kommunikation mit Fabio und seiner Ehefrau war freundlich, zuverlässig und hat uns von Anfang ein gutes Gefühl gegeben. Ich würde die Unterkunft jeder Zeit wieder buchen!

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar – wir konnten jeden Morgen mit dem Rauschen der Wellen aufwachen und den Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon aus genießen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der persönliche Service: Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Die Nähe zum Strand war ideal – nur wenige Schritte und wir waren am Wasser. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch! Bewertung: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Es war großartig in Cala Liberotto und bei Paolo. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Bei Fragen hat Paolo sofort reagiert und wertvolle Tipps geliefert. Die Terrasse und der Ausblick waren ein Traum. Durch den tollen Garten gelangte man direkt zum wunderschönen Strand. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Nous somme restés une semaine chez Davide, et ce fut le meilleur séjour que j'ai passé dans un Airbnb. Davide était extrêmement arrangeant, souriant, sympathique et a pris de son temps pour nous visiter et nous donner des recommendations de choses à faire même après que sa mère soit venue nous déposer les clefs. un grand merci à elle aussi pour son accueil. Belle attention de leur part, ils nous ont laissé une bouteille de vin et pain traditionnel sarde. l'appartement est spacieux avec 3 chambres, une cuisine toute équipée, une clim, une douche d'extérieur dans la cour intérieure, parfait pour le retour de la plage qui se situe directement à la sortie de l'appartement. Énormément de moustiques mais toutes les entrées et fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires. Peu de touristes (comparé au nord) donc facile de se garer devant chaque jour, belles plages très proches et position centrale donc pratique pour un daytrip. Je ne peux que recommander de séjourner là-bas !

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

Auch wenn wir nur zwei Nächte im Airbnb verbracht haben, hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das Airbnb hat uns sehr gefallen, alles wie beschrieben und der Garten war besonders schön! Im April hatten wir den Strand fast für uns allein. Baden war sogar möglich, also gerne Strandtücher mitnehmen. Zu Fuß erreichbare Restaurants gibt es in der Nebensaison nicht, jedoch konnten wir in der Küche sehr gut kochen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Wir waren 10 Tage zwei Familien in diesem tollen Haus. Sehr gute Unterteilung der beiden Wohnungen. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und nett. Die Nähe zum Strand lädt jederzeit für ein kurzes Bad ein. Vielen Dank dass wir das Haus für die 10 Tage unser eigen nennen durften.

This was our first time in Golfo Di Aranci and we made the best decision staying at this airbnb. The place itself is clean, spacious and the view is absolutely unbeatable. It’s located steps away from a beautiful beach where you can rent chairs (as well as a restaurant with food and drinks) or just hang out on the sand. It’s also a short walk from a market, take away food place and one of the best pizza restaurants I’ve ever had. I highly recommend renting a car (there is a garage parking spot included) to drive to nearby pristine beaches or other areas of Sardinia. The best part by far was the responsiveness and helpfulness from the two fantastic hosts Luigi and Duke. They provided every recommendation you could possibly need for an amazing trip. Thank you for everything and we will be back one day!

Highly recommend this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful – thank you so much! The location couldn't be better, being central with a supermarket, cafes, and restaurants just a 5-minute walk away, and the beach only 10 minutes away. The beach is fantastic and perfect for families with children. The town itself has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere with beautiful view on the mountains. We are so grateful to our host for providing everything we could possibly need. The apartment was fully equipped for cooking, laundry, and even had all the necessary cleaning supplies. We were impressed with the amount of storage space available in the wardrobes for our clothes and belongings, and there were even extra towels provided. A real highlight for us was the enclosed open terrace. This was a huge bonus as it allowed our 1-year and 10-month-old to play safely outside without us having to worry. This made our family vacation so much easier and more enjoyable.

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Excellent find next to town and right on the beach. Handy for the best gelateria in town too!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alessandro qui est très accueillant, sympathique.. Le logement très propre,moderne bien équipé avec terrasse vue mer. Alessandro sa femme et sa fille Irène sont très réactifs, ils nous ont bien conseillé pour les restaurants, visites à faire à proximité Je recommande vraiment se logement. À bientôt

nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit, mais nous avons profité des conseils nombreux pour un restaurant le soir et la visite de la vieille ville le matin. le logement était impeccable, spacieux et très bien équipé, un rapport qualité prix excellent ! nous le recommandons sans hésitation !

Great place to stay! Perfect for a couple of days. Very peaceful area. Going in April it was still offseason for the beaches but the scenery was incredible in the close by beaches. Not many restaurants/bar options in the town but there are a few good spots. Food quality is not the same as mainland Italy but it was decent… Host was very responsive and nice, would recommend to others.
