The loft is located in a quiet area at the bottom of our garden. Separated by an opaque wooden fence. Not overlooked. Close to shops (3 min) and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor) by car. Modern 20 m2 studio with equipped kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower, 160 bed, TV and WiFi. Heated pool access (May to September 15), outdoor area shared with owners; Jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is adjoining our house but the entrance is independent.
