(capacity 12 people, 2, 3 families). In the heart of a pretty hamlet km from the picturesque port of Sauzon and 2km5 from Donnant Beach. Description and service of our house combining both modernity and authenticity On the ground floor The entrance door opens to a large living room of 56m2 : both dining room (12 seats) and living room (2 sofas) overlooking the garden on the south side. The kitchen opens onto this living area thanks to a separation by a high table with high chairs for breakfasts, lunch breaks or even convivial moments for an aperitif. Close to the entrance, to facilitate your organization is a practical pantry such as kitchen and lingerie. There is also a contemporary bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom/shower for your convenience. Upstairs The staircase leads to a landing furnished as a TV lounge for your relaxing moments. Three beautiful rooms (22m2, 20m2 and 14m2) with soft and relaxing shades and contemporary decoration. Each room has a shower/sink area for your comfort and autonomy.

The house is located in a wild corner of the island, in the heart of the village of Borcastel, on the wild coast to the northwest the island in the commune of Sauzon. It overlooks the beach of Ster-Vraz and the cove of Ster-Ouen small natural port in the shape of a fjord. (as shown in the photos). On 3 levels, the house is perfect to accommodate 3 couples, and 4 children, with all the modern comforts. The beach is downstairs, the start of walks in the moor and on the wild coast is at the foot of the house.

Loft upstairs of a scenography, graphic design and other workshop, in a wooden house on the edge of the village. We accept nightly rentals (excluding weekends, 2 nights min) throughout the year except in summer (July & August) when we prefer weekly rentals, with arrival on Friday (other on request). Amenities nearby and within walking distance, beaches, surfing & dunes within 2 km. You'll appreciate this space for its originality and location.

Terraced family home (through the garage), with large terrace behind the house overlooking an enclosed garden and completely out of sight. The house is very inviting and well equipped. It is a 15-minute walk from Palais by a pleasant path, close to shops (3 min from an Intermarché) and a 15-minute walk from Ramonette beach. No TV or wifi but board games and a well-stocked library. Cleaning is to be done by guests when guests leave.

Charming small family house built in natural materials in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan. Beaches and coastal trails are a 10-minute walk away. Very nice wooden terrace with small shaded garden. Atypical, this pretty nest will certainly delight you. We lived there happily... then we built a large adjoining house, with a wooden frame, in which we live. Everyone's privacy is naturally preserved.
