On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
