Welcome to this lovely flat in the middle of the green heart close to Dresden. You can use the fully equipped 60 square metres to recover from the hustle and bustle or to visit the wonderful old town of Dresden which is just 20 driving minutes away. Especially in the winter season Dresden attracts visitors with the world famous “Dresden Striezelmarkt”. If you prefer to escape from the city the Elbe sandstone mountains are reachable in just 45 minutes to hike, climb or simply enjoy the nature.

Very stylish 1-room apartment (sofa bed!) realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer with separate shower room, 31 sqm living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom-made, kitchen countertop and edible concrete/wood inlay work/epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete spatula technique, whereby due to the very limited space situation shower and toilet could not be separated spatially.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf dem historischen Kunsthof "Weidenhof" und ist komplett modernisiert. Sie eignet sich sowohl für Feriengäste als auch für Berufstätige, die hier in der Region zu Gast sind. In dem einen Gastraum finden bis zu 2 Personen Platz. In diesem befindet sich ebenfalls eine kleine Koch-Nische zur Selbstversorgung vorhanden. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich kostenfreie Parkplätze. Elektro Fahrzeuge können nach Absprache direkt vor Ort geladen werden.

A ground floor apartment with a special relaxing effect. The apartment, which is over 50 m², offers everything you need to switch off for a few days/weeks. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

In the monument-protected Winkel farmstead, the large "Eva Vacation Rental" is for you alone. Wi-Fi parking is very close by Our Winkelhof is located in the middle of the historic village center of Altnaundorf with an idyllically located village pond in the middle. A small wine bar in the village center is a popular place to arrive on the first summer and fall evening :-) Towels, sheets and final cleaning included.
