Condo vacation rentals in Scalea

Francesco and his mother were very welcoming, punctual, accurate and available, making our stay pleasant and serene. The house is beautiful, spacious and equipped with all the necessary services and even more. The landscapes and the sea deserve their beauty and there are many possible excursions. The month of August, however, we do not recommend it both for the lack of access to the services and for the unsustainable local traffic that makes travel decidedly complicated.

Everything was as advertised. The pictures of the place on Airbnb looked enticing and were exactly as we found it . The exterior was adorned nicely with flowers and the front patio had sun throughout the day . The interior was perfect for a couple . A nice kitchen/dining area and bedroom area. The bathroom and shower were fine. The interior walls were reflective of the exterior stone construction, providing a continuous local flavor to the experience . The area was quiet and private. We did not use the provided heaters even though the temperatures in early April were in the mid 50s-low 60s degF. Every time we walked back to the place from various locations we were impressed by its look and how it stood out along the walking tour of the centro storico . Lorenzo was always available to answer questions and his father was helpful in our check in and in helping us during our stay, and of course, watering of the flowers. We would happily rebook the place, a perfect stay from the start.

This apartment was very large and open and felt like home. So easy to walk to the beach, train station, old town and town center. Absolute perfect location for not having a car! The owner and property managers go above and beyond to help with anything you could possibly need. Incredibly responsive and friendly. This will absolutely be my first choice if staying in the area again. Exceptional customer service and lodging experience! ❤️ thank you!

Just the place in itself was more beautiful. I'm very well, kept then the photos even let on. the view is spectacular, almost picturesque. To a point you feel like you're dreaming when you wake up. i myself did not have a car and they helped me with groceries a couple times which is above and beyond what I ever expected, it was very gracious of them. Any questions that I had were answered very promptly and very politely. i never felt that it was a bother to write them if I had a question about local activities etc. i found almost everyone there very polite and helpful and anything that I needed or wanted to ask. The place is truly tranquil and I do miss staying there very much. doing that trip by myself. I was pretty much terrified, but I felt right at home once.I settled in. And the feeling of being rightRight at home was something that I needed, and it's something I think everyone on a holiday needs. I do highly recommend this place.And I intend to go back as soon as I can. 👍

Elena, Vincenzo‘s mum, welcomed us. She was very caring. We had some problems finding the apartment, but she was online all the time to navigate us. The apartment is lovely, very spacious and with a huge patio. From the apartment it’s a nice walk (approx. 30 min) up to the hictoric center of Maratea with nice restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend the place. Thank you, Elena, we had a great time!

Monica the host is just super cute! She provided us with her delicious cooking skills upon arrival. In the morning there was lovingly prepared breakfast and the accommodation simply has a very nice character of its own. Unfortunately, it smells very strongly of sulfur from the drain or the water smells like that. Also, the bed is very comfortable but a little too small for two people. Nevertheless, we were completely satisfied for one night! Thank you for everything :)
